We headed straight for the Sausage Platter / Würstelplatte for 2 (RM 78) because Adam loves his gourmet sausages. We got quite a good mix with this platter at Brotzeit, I reckon - there were spicy chicken sausages, garlic pork ones, a cheesy pork one, Nürnburger pork sausages, and a huge Weisswurst which is traditionally made from finely minced pork and veal - and served with sauerkraut. All were meaty and juicy and went well with the tart, albeit a little dry, sauerkraut. Not much to fault if t
