Dragon I certainly turns into a cozy place when it is not during the peak hour. I had their signature Xiao Long Bao or also known as the Shanghai Meat Dumpling. The dumpling contains soup inside it rather than being immersed with it. One has to be very careful when handling the food as you wouldn't want the soup to ooze out before heading into your mouth. Be careful though as the soup can be really hot when it is just served onto your table and you wouldn't want to spend your entire dinner eating with a burnt tongue. The soup within the dumpling is really good and the taste really emerges when you eat it with the ginger soaked in vinegar side that comes with it.
