这个沙拉里面的蔬菜都是很翠绿很新鲜。牛肉培根给整个沙拉的味道大大的提升。可以说是主宰了整个沙拉的味道。不过就是牛肉培根的质感太过干硬了。不过我也明白这种培根的质感是这样的 繼續閱讀

Seafood Pasta since I am in my mood of having Aglio-Olio for a week. The weekday Set comes with a complimentary soup of the day as well as a Ice Lemon Tea. The Spicy Seafood Pasta which is being served is where the tossed aglio olio is being served together with prawns, squid rings, shitake mushrooms as well as chilies and spring onions. Pork Knuckle. RM39.90 Traditional German style knuckle marinated in beer and brined for a day. Served perfectly tender and juicy with mashed potatoes and special brown sauce.Slightly overdone but it still acceptable. The 2kg pork knuckle is laid beside of a bed of fluffy-buttery mashed potato and served with homemade pork brown sauce...I love the fluffy mash potato so much! The consistency is just nice for my liking, I drizzle it with loads of brown sauce and eat like a kid!! I went all out that night because good food was meant to be eaten like this, right?;) 繼續閱讀

Porky Platter - RM37.90I loved this Porky Platter. It was like a huge plate of finger food consisting of Traditional Crackling Pork Belly, BBQ Ribs, and Pigs in blanket (these bacon wrapped sausages). Served with shallot vinegar, BBQ sauce and mustard, one could do no wrong here. Have it with a glass of beer, and this should be the perfect dish to kick off an evening with pals.All together there were 3 different types of food on the platter, the first which was the traditional crackling pork belly. A favourite, the skin itself was really crispy, with the pork being neither too tough nor too soft. Just nice. As for the bacon wrapped sausages, I much prefered the bacon more than the sausage itself. BBQ ribs were the crowd favourites as well, with the soft meat peeling off easily from the bones. 繼續閱讀
