扁担饭(Nasi Kandar)我们吃得多,不过你知道Nasi Dagang 是什么吗? 商人饭(Nasi Dagang)是源自马来西亚东海岸- 吉兰丹和丁加奴那带的一种特色食品,用椰浆混合特产的米饭后蒸熟,再加上鱼肉咖哩,蛋等等等的配料一起吃的,很多人都爱把它当成是早饭。老实说当店员把这个Nasi Dagang 端上来的时候,我第一个的想法是- 还真没卖相! 哈哈,其貌不扬不过味道闻起来是还不错的。Nasi Dagang with Ikan Tongkol& Beef Rendang- RM11.9米饭是从东海岸送来的特产红米,你可以清楚地看到米粒上那一丝丝的红色痕迹,口感不像我们平时吃的米饭,有点像糯米般QQ的口感,不过没有糯米般粘稠,闻起来有点像黑糯米甜汤的味道,很特别。那鱼肉结实中带鲜甜,和米饭非常搭配,我很喜欢。牛肉呢就有点硬,味道普通,鱼肉比较出色。整体吃下来觉得调味方面偏甜,口味很重,吃的时候一定要搭配那个酸黄瓜,可以把嘴里的油腻感中和掉,总和的味道还不错。♡♡KC 繼續閱讀

Nasi dagang here is really good. The gravy is super aromatic and coconutty; the rendang is rich and heavy, and moderately spicy, but a little chewy but overall not really tough. The small piece of fried fish is quite salty and very crispy. Excellent combo! 繼續閱讀

My second visit to this Restaurant , for this time I just ordered the Nasi Dagang with Ikan Tongkol only. Simply wanted to taste the kuah kari Ikan Tonggol . The rice were cooked perfectly , fluffy texture and nicely pored over the light gravy of coconut milk with the turmeric , right taste and not too salty. Came with two small portions of fish , some Acar added some crunchiness and acidity to the dish, sambal which was sweet in taste and less of spiciness. A small piece of salted fish fried till crispy. Roti Curry. My brother was feeling quite full that afternoon, he opted for the roti curry. This curry chicken came with toasted bread crumbs. Indeed, it tasted good when we dipped the bread crumbs together with the curry. The bread crumbs were crispy. The curry chicken was sweet, and it suited my brother's taste bud but not me.
