来到一个茶餐室，茶餐室简陋，不过食物要试试看才知道味道如何！！order了一个bak kut teh，里面有蘑菇，豆腐，半肥瘦猪肉等。还有清炒莲藕。bak kut teh味道不错，药材味道浓。骨的味道都出来了，因该熬了蛮久。炒莲藕加了许多的配菜 ，所以很香甜！！不错不错！地方简陋不代表食物不好吃

以前时常都被黄鳝焖猪肉，可是我却没吃过真正的黄鳝，所以来到叶仁茶餐室看到这道宫保黄鳝便点来试下，虽然这道菜的名字叫宫保黄鳝但却不像黄鳝的煮法，因为都没看到有辣椒干，味道也不辣，还好吧了，但黄鳝的鱼肉非常滑嫩，肉质鲜甜，蛮好吃的应该只是煮法没什么对罢了

As we're used to having vegetables during meals, we ordered a big plate of mushrooms. Although not green, they're close enough. The mushrooms are lightly cooked with onions, sweat peas and carrot shreds. Was happy they didn't over cook the mushrooms as they're still juicy and not dried up. Cooked with a hint of sauce, it added a slight salty flavour to it without overwhelming the natural flavour of the mushrooms.
