there are 2 tonkatsu that i been to.one in 1 utama which i find really delicousso i decided to go to the one in pavillionturns out that it's 2 different ownersthe one in 1 utama is by ma maisan and the one in pavillion is by wa kitchenbut wa kitchen certainly falls short the pork cutlets were smaller for oneand also they don't have free refills for rice only salad and soup

Hire Katsu and Ebi Furai Zen (Pork cutlet and prawns). The set came with mountain of shredded cabbage, rice, miso soup and seasoned long beans. The deep fried pork cutlet and deep fried prawns used the same batter coating. I would say they over fried it as it was quite dark brown in color. The prawns were fresh and crunchy though. The pork cutlet was a bit dry and tough.

在日本餐厅吃东西，叫一份套餐，里面都少不了有味增汤，但通常我都是不喝的或给喜欢喝的朋友解决掉。但这里我还是头一次喝完整个味增汤，这里的味增汤令我改观了，清辙的汤底，喝时确是浓郁的猪骨味，味增的咸味不算太浓，清清地味道恰到好处。

怎么那么好吃啊！这道料理真是有让人惊艳。套餐里的炸猪排，鸡排软嫩无比，酥脆的外皮之下还有那滑嫩多汁的肉质。面条爽口弹牙，汤头鲜美。可是鸡蛋不是溏心。这点比较让人觉得惋惜。

One of the best place to try out japanese fried food is this place as it claims to sell only the most authentic ingredients with authentic japanese cooking styles. One dish I particularly enjoy here is the fried pork slices served with freshly cut lettuce and pipping hot rice. The lettuce is refillable by the way and it goes well with the soya sauce too. Be careful when eating the fried pork slices though as the insides maybe still scalding hot.
