Ming Xiang Tai 名香泰饼家 is a pastry shop in Penang that sells various types of chinese/cantonese pastries. It is located at Suntech Penang Cybercity, Bayan Lepas. Baked egg tart and chicken siew paoEgg tart is one of my all time favourite Hong Kong style pastry. The pastry is very buttery and it just melts in your mouth. The egg custard filling is soft and not too sweet. It is best eaten while still hot. The chicken siew pao is baked perfectly. The pastry is crispy and complements the slight sweetness of the chicken filling.
