A visit to this restaurant-Simply Fish(Kota Laksamana) left a bad and unhappy experience.The food was good but as there was no menu of beer or liquer,i decided to pour my own -a peg if whisky which i brought along.After having my dinner with my family and on paying the bill,i was ask by a malay waitress whether i was having a drink which i replied yes.On hearing this i was told i cant have any liquer in the premises as muslims do visit this outlet.So without hesitation i told her i dont know that and there was no any signage to informe the customers not to drink.When i call the restaurant one day i was told that this restaurant do serve beer and the glasses are separated.So i told the person who i spoke to that i was told no drinking in the premises despite this restaurant serving beer.I was told that this particular malay girl must have told me to use different glass but i told them that my family was with me and i was told i cant drink in the premises.I hope in the future plz put proper signage and give clear information to the customers to avoid any embarassment. I am willing to pay any cockage charges and hope the charges be reasonable as sometimes we only will have one or two drinks.Do not charge a flat rate for the whole bottle.

我觉得生蚝拿来油炸，有一点浪费的感觉。因为爸爸妈妈不喜欢吃生的食物，所以我就点了这一盘炸生蚝。炸生蚝的味道还不错，最重要是新鲜。炸生蚝里面还有保持鲜蚝的汁，所以吃起来也挺不错，外皮炸得挺脆脆的。这一份炸生蚝的价钱也不会很贵，一般人都能够负担。

Been quite awhile i have not visit the restaurant! But one for sure, i am missing the chezzy fish platter so much! They had a name for the menu which I could not recalled. Between, who cares for the name. Let's make it simple to remember. chezzy platter fish! haaa.....Still playing in my mind right now to just drop by and have a plate of it. To anyone or everyone out there, I suggest you to make a good move, mark down the restaurant in your best place of makan makan and have a plate of the cheezzy fish which exactly look like in the photo...When you just cut a spoonfull of the fish and taste it into your mouth, is like staying the heaven for awhile, being in your lala land. I had my first chew, the taste of fish mixed with the herbs and black olive,and comes together..... i tell you, i tell you >>> it melts your heart like the M & M, melts your mouth. definitely, it goes all the way to your stomach world and process process process....So, if your in Melaka, do drop by Simply fish and have chezzy platter fish. Besides, they other menus too whereby their expertise relates to ocean. You should try their squid too! Ask them their secret ingredient and then you share it to me Cheers! P/s: It is HALAL! (Most importanto in Malaysia)
