One of the happy times are the ones which I go on a department lunch. This is where we will go crazy with selecting dishes that we don't normally order, don't have to eat it if we hate it and best of all, we don't have to pay for it *evil chuckle*So this time, we had the paku. It was my first time having a paku vegetable, I suppose it is some fern kind of vegetable. It was stir fried in Thai style with garlic on top. I must say this is one hell of a dish. So this time, we had the paku. It was my first time having a paku vegetable, I suppose it is some fern kind of vegetable. It was stir fried in Thai style with garlic on top. I must say this is one hell of a dish. It goes very well with rice and I can't get more of it. The vege was soft and slimy, slightly spicy. The garlic was the cream of the crop as it makes the whole dish smells and taste better. It gets kinda oily at the end of it though.
