Nasi Kandar had its humble origins in Penang Island, Nasi’ means rice in Malay while ‘Kandar’ refers to a formidable stick that is slung across one’s shoulder to carry heavy objects securely hung on both ends of the stick. The roti is very crispy and taste good especially when dip inside the dal. Overall, the food is expensive compare with other normal mamak shop. But with their quality of food and nice environment, I think is worth the money.
