you can't really find red velvet cake in the menu if you search long and hard. it is actually only available as their cake of the day, a specialty. as the name suggests, the cake really is more special and doesn't look like a typical red velvet cake, with a half-sliced strawberry and red syrup coating as the topping. the texture is quite cakey and not like a sponge cake, which i do not mind. it tasted really chewy and moist.
