Steam fresh Epinephelussp slices. Again, the name of this dish was steam Epinephelussp ("qing zheng shi ban pian"), but actually it was steamed fish slices. the fish chopped into slices and steam within ten to fifteen minutes. It came with a dipping soy sauce which was quite salty, but the fish still could fell it was very fresh because the texture was fine and not too rough, the slice was slightly small.
