It looks yucks when the dish was served to my table, this is the first time i tried this - paddy field chicken or as know as frog.This is one of this restaurant signature dish where the owner give a some of their restaurant own prepare sauce - kong bou sauce.The owner teach use how to eat it, first cook the paddy field chicken in the broth the only mix with the sauce, another way is where you can cook it with the porridge broth and eat it with the porridge.After cooking it, it does not looks ugl

The owner teach use how to eat it, first cook the paddy field chicken in the broth the only mix with the sauce, another way is where you can cook it with the porridge broth and eat it with the porridge.

After cooking it, it does not looks ugly anymore, the taste of it is just like eating chicken just the size of it is slightly abit smaller
