The deep fried pork chop is tender and very juicy inside, outside is very crispy when you eat. The set of fried pork chop come with a lot of bean sprouts at a side. The pork chop portion is very big, it is slice to small pieces so that it is easy to eat. The pork chop serve with a grid below, so that the water vapor will not wet the pork chop. The Japanese rice is nicely cooked and nice to eat together with the pork chop also sauce that provided.
