I never expect it to be so pitch black! Compared to the similar fare I had at The Loaf, which is much softer tone, this definitely comes as a total surprise to me! Nevertheless, the taste doesn’t let me down

The squid ink spaghetti is really nicely cooked al dente and very springily smooth. It somehow blends well with the squid ink and also the decent addition of chilly oil which is easily recognized with its reddish hue amidst the dark sauce. The fried onions and garlics lend a hand in some smoky aroma with some rendition of dried chillies melofy too
Fret not, the squid ink doesn’t pose any unpleasant or funny taste, but merely the bold colour and near to tasteless, so it’s fine. But I guess it’s more receptive amongst the youngsters I suppose, haha. I must say I really enjoyed it! Deliciosa! ^_^
