It was a let down. The amount of yolk flowed out was so scarce.I was really disappointed with this dish. The egg was overcooked as the yolk wasn't runny at all. The egg white was already in its solid state. The bacon was overcooked. It had an unpleasant burnt taste and was too hard. The noodles were cooked el-dente and the carbonara sauce was superb, but I cannot accept overcooked eggs and burnt bacon so this dish is another no-no for me.
