Chinese wax meat rice with yam wrap in lotus leaf is simply a nice and delicious dish. The chef had added lovely condiments to make the dish even more perfect where he had added with the dried squids (“Yau Yue Si” in Cantonese), wax meat, wax sausage and soft sausage as well. The condiments and the rice is being mix together with the soy sauce, oyster sauce as well as dark soy sauce with it. It is then cooked together and wrapped with the lotus leaf.
