Sam Kan Chong has come a long way since the world war 2 in Malaya. It used to be a little shop in Kuala Lumpur in between 2 other shops, hence locals named it as Sam Kan Chong which means 3 Adjacent shops. The restaurant design is moderate. I have ordered 3JC Homemade Noodle in Soup. You can choose from 5 type of mee, which is Homemade Noodle, Kuay Teow, Lo See Fun, Bihun, or mix.
