i had a bite of this and surprisingly the chicken meat wasn't hard or oily at all! in fact it was quite tender, and given the oily look from the picture above, i was already having doubts and suspecting that this might be another typical westernized failure of curry but how wrong was i! the curry, mixed with the aromatic fragrant rice was a splendid combination and i was happy to know that the meal turned out very clean, since i wasn't thirsty at all after finishing it. having this for brunch wa
