今次嘅食評叫做「平民大隻餃子 拍住上」,就以個個都會愛嘅餃子嚟講故事。嚟到呢間店,首先當然係要點啲招牌嘅雲耳椰菜肉餃同白菜肉餃嚟試吓。咬落去啲大隻餃子,口感係實在得嚟又Q彈,個白菜餃嘅餡料鮮美得滯,咸香中帶點微甜,仲要皮靚餡靚。至於雲耳撈嗰啲,雲耳嘅脆口感真係正!小小草味唔搶鏡,倒令到嗰啲豬肉鮮味更突出。再嚟就係佢哋家嘅特色 - 野葛菜煲生魚骨湯。飲落去嘅湯底香中帶甜,完全唔使味精、天然滋味十足!好易令人一飲再飲。配合晒啲彈牙嘅餃子,嗰款微妙嘅平衡感,簡直係聞住就飽嘅溫馨。甜在心頭而辣在舌尖,鋪頭嘅自製辣菜脯簡直係太上癮!啖啖辣味夠晒勁,唔會過火,拎啲餃子蘸一蘸,再一口扎曬入口,爽!最後要推一推,係佢嗰個原汁原味、健康得嚟唔減口感嘅飲品,真係可以話係過癮又解渴。無論係要平平無奇嘅一餐,定係想有個滋潤暖胃嘅享受,呢度應有盡有,從湯頭到餃子,食完晏食就攞完啦! 👌🤤🥢 continue reading
