The portion sizes of the food were disappointingly small.Moreover, the restaurant itself was quite cramped and lacked adequate space for comfortable dining. It is difficult to have a private conversation or enjoy a relaxed meal.Additionally, the location of the restaurant was not ideal. This further added to the overall inconvenience and discomfort of the dining experience.I found the prices to be unreasonably high. Given the small portions and the less-than-desirable dining environment, the cost of the meal felt unjustified. It left me feeling like I did not receive good value for my money. continue reading

今個weekend嚟到呢間好似連續四年米芝蓮一星餐廳食中午, 叫左個lunch set, 不過另外加左錢每人二百叫左Bowl of Wonder, 但份量很小,不太worth價錢, 而且魚子醬嘅份量也小得可憐(像沒有一樣), 真的令人”wonder”.其他菜式都可以,特別主菜加錢叫了和牛,燒得挺香而且肉還算嫩滑。另外也有叫了一份燒魚,都是燒得不錯。餐廳環境算很modern,裝修不像傳統高級日本料理,帶點西式工業風,但也很elegant。不過應該不會再來了。這個價錢,香港很多選擇。 continue reading

安兰街尽头这座低调的大厦是不少米其林餐厅的诞生地,Ryota是我拜访的第二家,主打现代割烹料理,开业4年多,这两年都得到了一星的肯定。·四道式午市套餐只能选择主菜,两款前菜和甜点已经被安排得明明白白,想尝试一些Signature菜品可以加钱升级。因此一口气能出品很多份,既提高了上菜效率,也降低了不少难度。·份量挺足,口味不错,但并没有达到预期。实质就是精致的Business Lunch,食材重复出现率很高,割烹元素没有多少体现。·理解餐厅重心在晚市(看到中午就在为晚餐作准备了),但我感觉午市诚意不太足(为了提升利润存在的吗,反正周边客群消费能力够高)。如果拿这份套餐试探encore晚市的意愿,我应该不会考虑。·坐吧台体验并没有想象中那么舒适,一天要应对两个时段,难免导致厨房超负荷运转(来之前还期待是否能交流两句是我想多了)。Chef在关键时刻会出来救一下场,整体有点手忙脚乱。·服务也只是及格水准,不少细节没顾到。BGM小声到约等于无,氛围不太满意,加上每两道菜之间基本不歇气,这上菜节奏吃得人心慌慌。·【Lobster Warm Salad】一道由龙虾和多款温热蔬菜组成的暖沙拉,开场呈现出季节感。龙虾鲜嫩弹牙,清淡的鲣鱼汁衬托出蔬菜自身的清甜,仔细品味能察觉出一丝柑橘和柚子的灵动香气。·【Kobachi Royale】五款时令前菜,内容非常丰富,按照介绍的由淡到浓的味型顺序品尝。第一碟是新鲜肥润的中托罗、赤身和池鱼刺身,第二碟是茄子、蒟蒻和章鱼腿,章鱼外皮完整,胶质弹嫩,虽然我始终对触角接受无能。·第三碟有慢煮鲍鱼、吞拿鱼卷、胡麻菠菜,鲍鱼处理得相当弹嫩。后两款转入热盘,可乐饼中虾仁切成小段,润甜鲜弹,与牛油果泥融合得绵密自然。装饰着三文鱼籽和渍物的炸白身鱼没吃出所以然,乍一看还以为是唐扬鸡,搭配醋汁酸甜解腻,果真炸物跟酸味基本百搭。·【Super Tendon】几款主菜对我都不是特别有吸引力,最后加100选择了天妇罗丼,食材有和牛、鲍鱼、虎虾、三文鱼、鱿鱼、番薯和几款蔬菜,搭配天妇罗汁蘸碟和味增汤。不过说实话,这样的大杂烩让我很难不想到是晚市边角料什么的。·难得尝试一下这么多炸物,吃上去还是可以。面衣厚度中等,和牛内芯柔嫩多汁、肉味浓郁。番薯入口即化,比刚才的番薯还要绵。比较惊喜的是外层炸到酥脆、但依然一戳即破的溏心蛋黄,蛋液拌饭堪称米饭杀手。·米饭是用土锅煮的,白润饱满有嚼劲,绝非一般米饭所能达到的热力和香气都令人记忆犹新。但感觉米饭可以少一点,这么多炸物还是很有饱腹感。·【焦糖布蕾/最中饼】布蕾口感细滑而有质感,糖汁带着迷人微苦的酒味,这么小一块完全不够吃。最中饼就是和果子的一种,用精致的木盒装,弥补了外表的普通,夹馅是细腻的红豆泥和抹茶生巧,也是好吃的。·虽然没有顶楼的视野,但环境也没得挑,室内风格西式大于日式,喜欢开放式厨房,临走前还被送了Chef从日本带回的有机巧克力。 continue reading
