朋友找我吃晚飯,說忽然很想吃蟹,提議去試吃喜記的招牌避風塘炒辣蟹,雖然是即興,但我也很樂意去試吃,畢竟早聽說過喜記的水準是有保證的。到達餐廳後,店員問想吃多大隻的蟹? 然後拿了5種size 的蟹讓我們挑選,因為我們只有2人,所以只選了最小隻的,另加了每人一隻清蒸大聖旨。終於上菜了,那些金黃色蒜頭炒的超級香,這就是避風塘炒辣蟹的魅力了,真的很夠鑊氣,蟹肉鮮甜美味! 太香口了,於是點了個白飯,金蒜真的是非常適合配白飯吃,很好吃。 聖旨相對來說就有點平凡,不過不失,因為很多地方都可以做到差不多的味道,果然來喜記就應該集中力火力吃蟹。 continue reading

今天八人行,本身諗住只係食生日晚飯,原來今天都係父親節, 所以就一齊慶祝!我哋用另一個Apps有訂座優惠,本身諗住食尖沙咀另一間餐廳,但佢哋前一天才通知臨時有改動, 於是唯有我哋都改去呢間想食嘅海鮮餐廳啦!服務員態度非常友善,值得表揚!而每個菜式都炒得非常之好出色!不濃味及不太油,調校得剛剛好!我哋當然必食避風塘炒蟹,我哋咁多人叫埋薑蔥炒蟹仲有必食嘅蛋白炒飯,另外仲叫咗好多嘢食,包括:沙薑雞腳、非一般咕嚕肉、金銀蛋浸時菜、蟹油炒麵、豆豉鯪魚炒A菜、滑蛋炒蝦球、肉碎虎皮椒、椒鹽鮮魷、豉椒炒蜆!本身仲影咗店舖同埋餐牌照片,我哋已經叫咗12碟餸,唔夠相位我哋全部人都太滿意了!等疫情過後,一齊再食過 continue reading

喜記一早就聽過,今次專登一家人過嚟銅鑼灣食避風塘辣蟹。我地揀左招牌四人套餐 $888,頭盤係醉鮑魚四大隻,冷盤開胃,鮑魚肉爽口彈牙,有好香既花雕酒味,不錯!蜆可以揀豉椒炒或者上湯水浸,而我地就揀左豉椒炒蜆,蜆肉隻隻飽滿,配上香濃豉椒醬汁,回味無窮!黃金蝦炸到卜卜脆,連蝦殼都可以食,好有大排檔風味。重頭戲,招牌避風塘炒辣蟹,蟹肉鮮甜唔使講,我地揀左少辣,啖啖滋味,炸蒜都好值得一讚,炸得超脆超好,睇落有少少黑但食落一啲都唔苦,仲好香。食左咁多碟惹味海鮮,配返個蒜蓉炒時菜就非常之好,中和一下油膩感,而菜都好新鮮脆口。最後避風塘炒河,牛河炒得乾身唔會太油,牛河又香又滑! continue reading
