星期日五點幾去到人流唔多,一入到去就有位坐。首先真係要讚一讚佢個湯底真係做得幾出色,聽講個湯底係用30斤新鮮番茄熬煮,而唔係味精湯,所以一飲落口就感覺到啖啖番茄果種濃郁,成碗湯飲曬都唔會覺得口乾。炭烤風味雞排刀削麵 $68 刀削麵偏向厚身同硬,雞扒🐔味道亦都算正常發揮,雞皮燒得幾脆口,但略嫌雞肉有啲啲薄身,滿足感不大。秘製猪排上海麵 $68豬扒相對較於雞扒出色,肉質十分厚身,食落彈牙嫩口,加上上海麵本身幼身,比較掛汁,兩樣野一齊食落肚口感十分豐富,個人會鍾意呢款多啲!下次會再嗌!😍媽媽手工餃(三粒)+$20正常普通韭菜餃子味道,但餃子皮比較厚,食落飽肚感十足!嫩肉雞胸(三塊)+$18雞胸肉十分薄身,食落去肉質意外地嫩,煎得十分香口,就咁單食都唔會覺得寡!👍🏻👍🏻桂花龍井(凍)+$12正常無糖茶,冇加冰,杯size比較細,性價比不高 continue reading

早兩日渣馬完就去咗銅鑼灣周圍搵嘢食,見到間類似另一間蕃茄既鋪就去幫襯吓安格斯牛肩胛($82) - 轉烏冬(再加8蚊)佢個餐得刀削麵同上海麵唔使加錢,但竟然依兩種麵都沽清😨😨咁勉為其難食烏冬啦,本身見個個都食刀削麵好吸引咁🥺上菜既時候有一刻以為上錯咗豬肉。但望真啲原來係我叫嘅牛肩胛肉片,媲美打邊爐嘅肥牛片🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️雖然肉質唔錯,但份量真係太少喇。而且配埋烏冬觀感上真係唔值$90。蕃茄湯底都幾足料嘅,唔會話偏甜或者偏酸朋友叫既牛舌雖然好大舊,但中間整得唔太熟咬唔開食完之後一啲滿足感都冇🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️應該唔會再有下次 continue reading
