今日去左接朋友收工,附近就一律都係名牌無咩好行,都係打算食完晚餐去西九龍公園散下步吹水,襯有時間就周圍兜下睇下有咩食,行左陣就見到天天海南雞,search左下先知原來係過江龍米芝蓮餐廳,本住試一試既心態,估唔到又喜出望外幾高質,果然可以屹立係圓方都真係有原因。menu都好多野揀,最後嗌左一份燒雞,雞油飯,牛筋牛腩,同一碗湯。✨天天燒雞(大份) $189燒雞係新加坡都係傳統名菜,好受歡迎。近排食比較清所以今次想食香口少少,燒雞肉經過特別處理,外皮金黃酥脆,入面非常嫩滑而且多汁。啲皮燒得香脆,有微微焦香氣,食落香脆可口。另外,佢嘅醬汁有種酸甜微辣嘅味道,好好食好開胃,可以單獨蘸食,或者放落雞油飯食都可以。仲有薑蓉同青瓜做配搭,係另一種風味,同燒雞香脆雞皮亦係一個恰到好處既組合,味道好豐富。✨雞油飯(1~2人份) $39份量2個人食有凸,雞油飯香氣四溢,米飯蓬鬆入味,每粒米都吸收咗雞油嘅鮮美,正!✨老街坊牛筋牛腩 $159牛筋同牛腩經過慢燉,兩款都非常軟腍入味,肉嫩滑多汁,牛筋更加有種入口即化感覺,超好味。湯汁就濃郁香濃,充滿牛肉嘅香氣,撈落雞油飯一齊食,每一啖都係滿滿嘅滿足感。呢道菜嘅味道同賣相都極之出色。✨火陷椰子八寶燉雞 $89湯以新鮮椰子為基底,加入幾種珍貴食材,feel到有長時間燉煮,因為湯汁好香濃,充滿椰香同中藥嘅味道,不過唔知點鮮搵唔到雞既蹤影,只見到豬肉豬骨,雖然都飲到濃濃既雞味。整體味道豐富,八寶成份有紅棗、枸杞、蓮子等,增加左湯嘅營養價值和口感層次,滋補又美味。依個質素的確足的係圓方立足,係其他地方都比較少食到咁好味嘅新加坡菜,每款都好高評價,下次會想試試海南雞,同埋肉骨菜(我見到隔離枱有叫,超大碗)今次已經收哂貨,非常美味!份量2個人食有凸,雞油飯香氣四溢,米飯蓬鬆入味,每粒米都吸收咗雞油嘅鮮美,正!

做完嘢匆匆忙忙趕到去圓方食飯,因為朋友請客,唔好意思遲到,去到見到係天天海南雞飯,我真係大鄉里,以為點解特登要約我出嚟請我食海南雞飯。前菜先嚟咗個南洋醬汁醃花甲,成件事出嚟已經好靚,食落去嘅味道有種似食拍黃瓜嗰種味道嘅感覺,而佢個杯底本身就係有啲黃瓜喺度。仲有個班蘭汁椰香鱈魚,炸鱈魚本身都可以嘅,不過加咗班蘭椰汁又真係別有一番風味嘅。另外仲叫咗一個迷迭香火焰黑金叉燒,又係點完火打卡係一流嘅,基本上佢係用咗五花腩去做叉燒,所以又夠肥又夠香,同埋個叉燒汁係好甜嘅,送飯會更好。另外仲叫咗兩款湯,一款係鳳梨涼瓜干貝燉龍骨,味道都幾好,同埋幾特別。另外一款係木瓜花膠燉湯,重點又係點着過椰子殼又可以影相, 湯料好足夠,問題係其中一個椰子殼燒咗好耐都未熄,要搵人嚟幫手整熄佢。煮食方面,就叫咗個龍蝦湯炸米,呢個啲炸米幾時落就完全係個人口味問題,重點係好好味。另外仲叫咗一部雞油飯加埋呢個龍蝦湯一齊食更加好味。另外叫咗兩款雞嘅拼盤,水準都還可以,但係相對起嚟冇乜記憶點。牛方面就叫咗個新加坡咖喱原牛肋條配鹹煎餅,啲牛肉真係好嫩,不過份量唔算好多。甜品就叫咗個椰奶炸龜苓膏,都幾有驚喜,食落去有一種似曾相識嘅感覺,但係又諗起係乜嘢食物。

收工開完會,同同事落圓方食飯,見到呢度幾特別,新加坡米芝蓮拎獎餐廳。我哋叫左幾道菜都好正,想追加多啲🤤不過份量好足,大滿足!南洋咖哩雞肉佢個口感好豐富,雞肉燉得好軟嫩,入口即化。咖哩醬汁濃稠而香辣,帶嚟一種濃郁嘅咖哩味道。配上咖哩嘅香料同椰奶嘅甜味,味道更加豐富,令人回味無窮。蝦頭膏鮑魚金湯炆豆腐佢個湯底鮮甜濃郁,蝦頭膏同鮑魚嘅風味完美融合。豆腐吸收咗湯汁,口感滑嫩,帶有湯汁嘅香味。湯底鮮甜而有層次感,令整個菜式更加鮮美。酸湯石班魚佢個魚肉鮮嫩多汁,入口即化。酸湯清爽酸酸嘅口感,帶嚟一種刺激嘅味道。湯底酸中帶有微微嘅辣味,令味道更加開胃。石班魚嘅鮮味同湯汁嘅酸辣完美結合,令人回味無窮。雞油飯佢個口感香滑嫩滑,飯粒煮得剛剛好,每粒飯都飽滿有彈性。雞油嘅香氣滲透入飯粒之中,令飯菜更加香濃。食落去既雞油飯有濃厚嘅雞油味道,令整個菜式更加美味可口。

去完Sky 100之後就剛好到晚飯時間,同朋友開始覺得肚餓,就揾下Elements有咩好食,諗起呢間餐廳黎左香港咁耐都未食過,就同朋友去食下,夜晚7點到黎到好在仲有位,一坐低店員就俾左壺熱茶我哋,茶錢$10 一位又唔算貴。睇下個Menu食物都幾多選擇😍😍😍😍天天海南雞拼燒雞$298附有青瓜及三種醬料,分別係淮鹽,甜醬油,辣醬。海南雞雞味幾濃,雞肉嫰滑,雞皮做到好爽口;而燒雞,雞皮整到好香口,又唔會覺得好肥,食多幾舊都唔覺得漏👍迷迭香火焰黑金叉燒$129呢個叉燒好有儀式感,店員會落d酒去個叉燒到,再拎住個火槍去燒,聞落有一浸浸嘅酒香味,再入口食到個半肥瘦,口感好鬆軟,配以甜甜地嘅醬汁,送飯一流。雞油飯(細)$39兩個人剛好,啲飯粒粒分明,油香味十足,份量幾多。豆花年代奶茶$35豆味香濃😍😍如果個茶味可以再濃少少會更好。苦瓜鴨屎香檸檬茶$35夏天飲呢個好清新,苦瓜味道好出,但又唔會太苦,可以一試👍兩個人食到好飽,再飲返個個熱茶覺得好舒服🥰🥰

喺新加坡返嚟香港都仲係好掛住啲海南雞,要去食啲正宗海南雞!一去到門口就已經好香好香好香嘅雞油飯味!正宗海南雞啲雞白雪雪,而且好滑,雞味好香,特別係雞皮同雞油,同埋秘製汁淋上去,餸飯一流。雞油飯超級無敵香,每啖每粒米都有雞油嘅香味,嗌咗個2人份量,不停咁添,食下食下就一兜,加埋啲雞同汁好香口,每啖都勁滿足!冬陰公湯有1隻勁大扇貝,4舊魚,2隻大蝦,仲有好多菇同埋車厘茄,勁香,令到湯好香鮮味,加上冬陰嘅酸,好正,啲魚仲索咗湯,大蝦索咗湯,咬蝦殼都好好食!黑松露墨魚蝦多士 多士連埋蝦一齊去炸,炸到好脆,蝦都好大隻,中間墨魚好香,再舖上黑松露醬,口感同味道都好豐富,好彈牙凍豆腐花原味有好香嘅豆腐味,好挺身,但入口即溶,加埋美祿粉勁正!椰香latte落咗淡淡椰香味,再灑咗少少類似柚子青檸味,好fresh,味道唔錯,口感好淳滑!
