To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 諗住夜晚叫碗湯飲，係外賣平台揀左呢一間，我叫左一碗湯和馬拉糕。蓮子木瓜燉雪耳湯$68(平平)份量:偏少味道:偏甜（但尚算可接受）湯料:多木瓜和雪耳溫度:完全凍哂，需要自己翻熱。（氣溫為20度，餐廳步行到我家只需要9分鐘）馬拉糕$42(超級伏)份量:極少，在外賣平台放的圖片是清楚見到有2舊，而真正的份量係平日酒樓一舊的一半味道: 無味！溫度:完全凍哂，硬過石頭，都係需要翻熱後記：馬拉糕蒸翻熱左都可以係硬，好「銀」胃。

話說香港呢個繁忙嘅都市，有時真係懶得郁，想喺屋企都可以有個港式飲茶feel。今次試咗一間店嘅外賣服務，簡直係方便到爆燈💡！首先，靚靚嘅Minions紫薯包，睇落去真係夠哂吸引，而且食落去甜甜地，啖啖紫薯香，包皮又滑又軟，口感正！接住嘅蝦餃同燒賣就無話可說，皮薄餡美多汁，一啖一個剛剛好。至於呢個與眾不同嘅脆炸鮮奶卷，炸得啱啱好，外皮香脆得嚟又唔油膩，咬落去啲鮮奶味道慢慢滲出嚟，令人回味無窮👍。健康嘅碎牛粥同雞冬菇粥亦都一絕，綿滑嘅口感，低調嘅調味，用料真心不錯，啖啖肉感，粥水分佈均勻，暖笠笠嘅感覺直接暖入心窩，係秋冬天氣飲啖熱粥，實在太滋味啦😋。整體來講，試住呢間店嘅飲食體驗都算係蠻正！下次想飲個茶歎個靚粥，唔洗出街，輕鬆一click就搞掂，舒服！🥢🍽️

價錢和實物不符，和圖片不符，收到外賣之後見到湯入面只有水無任何肉，但收費$138+10 = $148 ，完全係不合理！中伏！勸大家勿試 Don’t try to order the food as the price and the picture are totally different from the soup I received by delivery, very disappointed

年初二foodpanda 買佢外賣，叫左豐富二人餐，好咸又食泥膠咁嘅梅菜肉餅同都係好咸嘅松蟲花蒸雞，兩碗硬硬地嘅白飯加兩碗好難飲嘅湯（黃耳雙菇竹笙桃膠湯同松茸菇瑤柱螺頭湯）。個湯難飲到我寧願飲水，一個苦又淡味，一個咸得濟。9點幾食完2個鐘到我先生開始肚痾，我到2點幾就醒左嘔哂出黎，嘔左我2次，我地兩個仲骨痛。今朝係屋企個肚仲係唔舒服隱隱作痛。新年流流搞d 咁嘅野，冇下次真係呢，難食都算，食到人又痾又嘔真係差到一個點。

夜晚肚餓諗住叫個湯叫個飯食下 點知黎到嘅時候發現個份量少到痴線，食物相我就唔post喇 同樓下啲師兄差唔多，但成150-180蚊先得咁嘅份量，真係好鬼過份囉！ 喱世唔會再食！I ordered a set dinner, 1 soup 1 rice 1 spicy eggplant minced pork. The size of their offering is really ridiculous comparing to their pricing. I’m glad I ordered it with foodpanda discount. Otherwise, it will be 180 dollars…
