To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 個飯滷肉炸雞飯食到一半，發現炸雞未熟入面生肉，同侍應講。我都未講完，個待應語氣好差凶我地講:「你都差唔多食晒你想點呀？比返兩嚿雞你囉！」 我成家呆左，好似我地做錯事。第一，我碟飯係仲有一大半。第二，我冇諗過要你退錢或者係俾新一碟我。我通知你注意下仲要好好語氣。真係食到一肚氣！

今晚家中無人煮飯，個個出曬街，只好自己一人落樓下附近食個晚飯。來到啟朗苑一樓的百分百餐廳，剛好六點鐘開始晚市，我就點了咕嚕肉，原盅燉湯和凍檸水。酸酸甜甜的咕嚕肉開胃，但味道較濃，不能全吃。燉湯反而清淡無咩油，做得不錯。整體ok

今天想入九龍城找這間食店但根據這裡的地址卻感到一片迷茫，地下101號有點不對，在地下(G)找來找去也找不到，最終找人問才知還要搭乘扶手電梯或升降機才行，但這裡其實只搭升降機就上到去。由於是下午茶時間，入座率大約有七成，見尚有幾張空枱所以沒有取輪候票，但沒有職員來招呼故自行選了雙人位子坐下，坐了不久才有位女侍應拿了杯水給我，跟著便點了餐及飲品，當其時店內也有數名侍應，很繁忙的往廚房裡出入，約數分鐘餐飲就來了，再隔了約十多分鐘，見其他客人的餐點也到，我的還未來，便想問侍應看看，可是我招手或侍應從旁經過也不理會我，結果等多數分鐘後餐點才來到，說實在下午茶雖然份量是少但黑椒味卻不太夠辣味，牛肉偏細小份量也只有4-5塊，凍檸水沒有檸檬和一般茶餐廳味道不太一樣。

星期日食晚飯，點了蜜桃咕嚕肉，出嚟竟然冇蜜桃，仲同客人講幾日都已經冇蜜桃，唔食就𨍭另一樣嘢比你，但餐牌上你係叫邊樣冇邊樣，冇貨就同客人講清楚，亂炒一碟咕嚕肉比客人，相片及菜名根本與實物不符，簡直貨不對板，真係好失望，餐廳食物質素其實唔差，希望以後有所改善！

連鎖店茶餐廳，出品嘅質素算係比較穩定，味道來講就冇乜特別，冇特別好食嘅嘢，但係都冇唔好食嘅嘢🤣🤣炒粉麵類嘅味道幾好，都算係有鑊氣。但係我比較唔滿意嘅就係佢哋嘅嘢飲，凍檸茶入面根本就冇檸檬，係類似維他檸檬茶嗰種現成嘅檸檬茶，完全冇啲誠意。其他阿華田等嘅嘢飲味道都比較淡。非常一般。如果係比較重視嘢飲嘅話就建議唔好嚟呢間食啦，因為你一定會失望嘅。員工嘅服務質素就係一般嘅茶餐廳Level，基本嘅服務係有嘅。
