難得一家人食飯, 最好就是選中餐酸辣海參羮, 味道酸辣鮮香,層次豐富多變, 筍、木耳、海參令口感彈牙, 酸辣開胃鮑魚慢烤紅燒肉煲, 一煲熱氣騰騰的紅燒肉放在餐桌上。那一塊塊帶着皮的五花肉帶着特有的日式紅燒的顏色,散發着讓人想咬掉舌頭的味道席捲而來。鮑魚大大隻, 賣相好吸引, 入口彈牙又入味乾燒蝦球配鍋巴底, 蝦球好Q彈, 香脆鍋巴, 洋蔥, 青蔥,並且加入彩椒搭配,讓顏色、口感與營養更豐富, 咬落去, 霹哩啪啦的聲響令人過癮, 另外加了辣豆瓣醬下去燴,這樣更開胃吧羊肉煨湯麵, 火侯以及濃郁有料的湯汁。整體質地都比較細嫩, 麵條煙韌口感, 令人滿足 continue reading

日喜樓二訪,可以令我再度去食嘅餐廳通常都係有返咁上下水準!爆汁生煎包,皮薄底脆,湯汁唔會太油膩,令人越食越上癮。雖然店員已經好窩心咁預先提醒我哋要小心爆汁燙到口,但心急嘅我....到家下都仲有d痛😂😂不過咁好味,我下次都係會食嘅🤣 杞子花雕醉雞呢道涼菜小吃係我每次食上海野必點🤞🏻佢酒香撲鼻而且非常入味,雞肉嫩滑可口,最重要係個溫度非常適中。酸菜斑片將酸菜同鮮魚片一鍋煮,湯嘅味道鮮甜美味,一片片雪白的魚肉又嫩又入味,酸菜好香湯汁亦濃,非常開胃😋碧綠萵筍絲好爽脆,味道比較清淡,食咗咁多到濃味菜,一道清淡脆口嘅萵筍黎得更加健康有營。再黎家常豆腐同埋山東水餃🥟,經典嘅上海菜,雖然看似簡單,但要煮得好食真係好考廚師嘅功架!家常豆腐帶有小小辣味,係我最愛嘅紅燒豆腐style. 山東水餃外皮煙靭有咬口,餡料有豬肉同菜,家的味道。日喜樓結合左新派同傳統上海菜嘅精髓,有如遊走老上海巷弄美食。喺銅鑼灣心臟地帶可以搵到性價比咁高嘅菜館真係難能可貴! continue reading

早幾星期终於去左日喜樓食飯喇 👏🏻位於銅鑼灣地段,剛在公司附近,真開心😃知道日喜樓最有名氣一定是百碟宴,今次先同老公試下幾個聞名的小菜先,下次一定再與朋友嘆聽聞好震撼下嘅百碟宴😋宮保蝦球:這款蝦球最喜歡是它的甜甜辣辣嘅醬汁,挺開胃,每隻蝦球都大隻,外脆內肉爽,正呀😀海皇鍋巴鍋巴海鮮材料有帶子、蝦肉及江瑤柱絲等,份量剛好,最開心喺混合了我由細到大最至愛咸蛋黃😋,個人覺得咸多小小會更好鮮味 !鮑魚慢烤紅燒肉煲鮑魚慢烤紅燒肉煲228 小瓦煲載住4 隻大鮑魚及半肥瘦剛好的紅燒豬肉,用小瓦煲嚟整令到食物更耐熱更好食!香蕉拉糕其實我一個人也可以吃晒 3 伴😅,因為唔甜又煙煙靭靭,自然食得晒🤣埋單六佰幾,都 ok 呀😁Score 平圴分(8/10)Taste 味道 :👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Decor 環境 :👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Value 性價比: 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Service 服務 :👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading
