農曆新年初一夜晚七點半左右入座,叫咗一個crab meat意粉,等咗好耐都未上。中間叫waiter催咗好多次,次次都覆等多陣,最後冇耐心話要走,佢地先講意粉整緊,等多5分鐘。OK,5分鐘之後真係上咗黎wo,上咗carbonara with smoke bacon比我🙄,我真係多謝你。等成粒鐘先上嘢,仲要比錯嘢wo,咁我地就要求refund啦,啲waiter又話唔可以refund,最多送兩個牛角包作為補償。唔好意思wo,已經唔想再食你地餐廳嘅任何野了,你地自己慢慢食飽佢啦。 continue reading

12月頭同倆個朋友經過K11 Musea 呢間麵包店朋友想買麵包,雖然長龍都入去揀咗兩大盆。排到時,朋友問:「請問可唔可以分⋯ 」未講完,企係收銀機出面(收銀機後面都企咗幾位收銀小姐)貌似主管的一位小姐已粗聲粗氣打斷:「等等,數咗先」。 朋友想解釋一句,已被厲聲呼喝「都話數咗先洛」!等佢數完,朋友話:「想咁分開裝⋯」個位小姐以凌厲嘅眼神 +極唔耐煩嘅語氣「呢個呢個一袋⋯呢個呢個咁⋯仲有冇?」。但講錯,糾正佢,佢便以雙倍唔耐煩嘅表情及動作快速裝袋,送客!朋友共消費咗近二百蚊。但整個買麪包嘅體驗好似等人施捨又阻人發達咁。朋友雖然係間中型公司老闆,但斯文隨和。當其時無直斥其非,費事吵。但覺得好 sad, 為香港嘅服務行業感到悲哀。尤其是啱啱由日本返來,落差更大!希望只係米缸裏的一粒老鼠屎。 continue reading
