首先在門口,大家都好似好排斥要搭枱飲茶,但是其實,真正舊式的茶樓飲茶,好像經常都是搭枱的,只不過可能大家近年去那些新式連鎖酒樓餐廳,全部都不會搭枱吧。妻子見到隔離的煎年糕,又熱又香,忍不住也要叫一碟,即煎甚熱,軟林林帶甜,可口。早前我見到麥米粥,夠熱燙,份量夠多,粒粒份量都唔少,本身唔係我最鍾愛的甜品,不過細個見親友會整,自己在家不會弄,再回味一下也無妨,但薑味太濃。馬拉糕,都大大件,夠鬆,熱食還是不錯。蛋散,不太熱,不覺新鮮炸,輕回氣,幸好有點糖漿可點,否則較乾。其他野好似菜苗餃,都非常熱,出曬煙,內裏料足,外面夠韌佢又真係唔差嘅,即叫即蒸,樣樣都非常之熱燙,好像漢堡酒家一般,你越係以為舊式傳統或者老字號嘅酒家可能會侍老賣老,侍住自己老字號就求其整啲嘢出嚟,但其實兩間都係誠意可嘉,煮出嚟嘅東西,蒸出嚟嘅點心都夠曬熱 continue reading

大榮華酒樓元朗元朗安寧路2-6號冠煌樓2樓Score 分數: B/60講真,這是傳統嘅酒樓。相信不少年輕人都未試過,亦冇興趣試😅。不過,舊有舊酒樓特色嘅,的確有唔少傳統野可以試試,例如,豬潤燒賣,魚雲等等。講到美道,我試過幾款點心,我就覺得麻麻。帶返個頭盔先,我唔係咩金舌頭,我只係一個鐘意食野嘅大肚腩,唔係難食就咩都試下。我覺得傳統就傳統啦,係感覺有d唔同嘅,不過味道好普通,唔吸引。如果大家想懷舊一番都可以試試。至於環境衛生,一個字 “舊”感覺,光線唔多,設備都係感覺到有返咁上下年紀,年紀大過你都唔定🤣。有樣野值得一讚,就係份量大大份。 continue reading

大榮華酒樓真係細細個就成日同屋企人嚟食,以正宗圍村菜和自家製點心出名。隔咗10幾年,到我帶返屋企人嚟食。老闆推薦咗當日菜式,魚下巴同埋燒鴨,另外仲點咗焗魚腸、炒菜、豆腐煲,我覺得全部不過不失。到大榮華當然要食豬油撈飯,係屋企人嘅係回憶,細個覺得好多油唔敢食,依家大個咗一試原來真係好鮮味。最後叫咗馬拉糕同水晶餃,奶黃配軟糯的馬拉糕皮,甜而不膩,好好食!食物唔算好出色,但價錢親民而且係老店,都值得一去啊! continue reading

我們一行八人 ,到元朗的大榮華酒樓午膳 ,仲見到滔滔喺度同 直客social,而家大榮華酒樓,好似只淨返呢一間,其他都已經結業。我們很肚餓,叫了很多點心,有椒鹽九肚魚, 豬手,胡椒鹹菜豬肚, 茶果,蘿蔔糕 ,茄子,鳳爪,鴨腳扎,蝦餃,燒賣,叉燒包,魷魚,牛肉 ,鮮竹卷, 釀矮瓜等等....這裏還有很多懷舊點心,例如大包,豬肚燒賣,鵪鶉蛋燒賣等等,好可惜今日大包已經賣曬,另外想食他的臘味煲仔飯,可惜也售罄 ,下次要早一點來先先可以試試了。這間酒樓的點心味道不錯,保持水準,入開元朗一定要試試。 continue reading
