To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 隨意揀一間食有時都會有驚喜,例如今日揀咗呢一間茶餐廳,入面竟然有新豬肉(即素食肉),於是就試吓啦,雪菜新肉絲米配熱檸茶,試咗一條新肉絲,感覺似乎呢類素肉唔係太適合放湯,如果係煎炒可能會好啲,不過咬落去都真係幾似真肉嘅。另一個餐叫咗乾炒叉燒意粉配熱阿華田,味道麻麻哋,太鹹太多豉油,完全冇乾炒應有嘅香味。 continue reading

叫咗個下午茶餐咖央西多餐,一切開,發現無咖央。同佢講話係咪比錯咗?開頭個姨姨都好好心咁幫我拎入廚房問,點知個廚房話呢個係咖央西多。咁我就上網Google一下華星冰室嘅咖央西多,發現其他華星冰室嘅咖央西多都有一層綠色嘅咖央。於是我就拎住張相同佢講你哋華星冰室嘅咖央西多係咁樣個喎。之後個Auntie好好心咁再幫我去廚房問,點知廚房入面傳來一句說話:咖央西多係浸味嚟咋嘛。於是我就要求廚房出嚟對質,點知換來類似個大粒啲嘅,收銀叔叔話你再嗌其他嘢食,之後嚟唔切影相就收走咗個咖央既咖央西多。但係之後都冇再嗌嘢食,所以張單就咁計咗我個餐飲係單嗌。呢間大埔華星冰室,相關人等態度惡劣,雖然其他嘢食OK,但服務態度極其惡劣,又唔勇於承認冇搽咖央,唔會再去食。完! continue reading
