To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

生日月份,家姐知道我喜歡食芝士蛋糕,特別的送我這家她平時愛吃店的蛋糕給我🥰餐廳位於土瓜灣,出名的是煲仔飯,但原來軟心巴斯克蛋糕也很不錯,所以特別帶了一個作我的生日蛋糕🥰。而這裏的巴斯克蛋糕採用低糖配方,而且不用防腐劑,不用植脂cream,所以食得更加健康。家姐特別選了草莓巴斯克蛋糕,外表帶微微焦香,充滿香味,而內裏的芝士蛋糕則香滑軟綿,中間的軟心層是自制的新鮮果醬,有新鮮果肉,口感更清新,食落比平時的巴斯克蛋糕輕身好吃,因為中間果肉層,多吃了也不會太漏,而且更加了一份新鮮生果的清甜味道,味道層次更加豐富😋而外表更加不用說,以新鮮草莓點綴,更加色彩繽紛,不論用作慶祝或自肥,見到都好開心🥰
