同男朋友慶祝月紀念日🍾,今次我哋揀咗The One嘅呢間西餐廳Harlans,呢度真係超靚,晚餐時間仲睇到幻彩詠香江,原來係勁靚勁震撼🥹💓 今次我哋每日叫咗個4-course dinner ($880)💕Appetizers🦪 香郁北海道帶子配脆西米,法式蛋梨及荔枝果琴🍖 龍井煙𤐄鵝肝伴開心果機子配薯團及血橙醬前菜可以三揀二,我哋揀咗帶子同鵝肝💕 帶子配上帶有木魚鹹香嘅西米脆脆,仲有荔枝同魚子醬,真係超香,而且食落口感豐富🤤 鵝肝上加咗開心果脆脆,中和咗肥美嘅鵝肝,另外仲有餐廳自家製嘅血橙醬味薯糰,香甜可口😋Soup🍄 牛肝菌湯配白松露油侍應先上咗個裝有牛肝菌、mushroom嘅碗,再喺我哋面前倒入湯,個湯入面都係有好多菇㗎,好足料好好飲😚Main🍝 香煎西班牙紅蝦扁意粉伴風乾日本車厘茄配火箭菜香草醬🥩 慢煮美國極級牛腹扒配牛肝菌黑松路薯泥紅蝦意粉嘅青醬係用開心果做,好特別!質感較粗粒,而且香香脆脆🥰 意粉同紅蝦都有香濃嘅蕃茄味,清新又香甜💕呢個牛腹扒係我人生食過最好味嘅牛扒!師傅將牛扒跟紋切開,見到啲紋超靚,食落有入口即融嘅幸福感覺🥹💓Dessert🍨 綠茶白朱古力慕絲配紅豆雪糕最後有個refreshing嘅甜品🍧 上面仲有開心果脆脆,首尾相應😆 完美咁完結🥳

維港景色百看不厭,4週年紀念日男朋友帶左我黎呢間餐廳。黎到先知呢間餐廳仲有做event! 連婚宴都可以係度攪!價錢仲唔貴!麵包麵包好香麥味,無塗牛油都好好味!Harlan's Casesar溫泉蛋撈埋沙律菜一齊!煙肉同麵包碎都好香脆!前菜Cod Fish Skin with Obsiblue Prawn, Caviar鱈魚皮炸得酥脆,搭配上新鮮大蝦碎同香濃的魚子醬!好精緻!Matsuba Crab Custard, Uni & Shaved Sturgeon Caviar松葉蟹海膽燉蛋係呢度既招牌菜之一,食之前要打碎上面既芝士薄脆,同杯入面既蟹肉🦀燉蛋撈埋一齊一次過食,啖啖蟹味!Diced U.S. Prime Hanger Steak with Beef & Beetroot Consommé牛排軟熟,牛肉紅菜頭清湯有好濃牛肉既肉汁味!Foie Gras, Lemon Grass Ginger Jus & Dark Chocolate Roll鵝肝口感滑順,入口即化!前菜最難忘係海膽燉蛋同鵝肝主菜Monkfish Cheek, Pan-Seared Crispy Monkfish Liver鮟鱇魚臉頰配鮟鱇魚肝。魚肉好結實!M8 Oyster Blade Beef, Oyster Leaf Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing牛扒選了5成熟,煎得剛剛好,中間保持血紅色。搭配上藍芝士醬汁和蠔葉沙拉。Classic Apple Pie with Parma Ham & Meat Floss加左parma ham ge cream咸咸地,好開胃!

朋友👱🏻♀️話想食高質素西餐🍽️,又話要坐得舒服,咁我即刻諗一諗,用咗大約5秒時間,諗到呢間,就決定帶朋友👱🏻♀️上去開餐🤣依家有 Harlan’s 冬日精選晚餐,有每位 $888 四道菜晚餐 (前菜選2,主菜選1及甜品),咁我哋一人叫咗一個 $888😋,咁即係我哋有4個前菜2個主菜2份甜品🤣前菜「法國水晶藍蝦,鱈魚皮及魚子醬」:鱈魚皮做到脆卜卜,上邊放水晶藍蝦同埋魚子醬,幾特別,幾好味😋前菜「松葉蟹海膽蒸蛋配魚子片」:做法似一個 custard 分開幾層,加咗海膽、松葉蟹 等,上邊有一片脆卜卜用 Parmigiano Reggiano 做嘅脆片,在上邊又放咗啲海膽同埋魚子,食嘅時候將脆片扑碎然後撈埋晒一齊食,味道層次豐富😋前菜「美國封門牛柳他他,紅菜頭清湯」:consommé 同封門牛柳他他分開上,consommé 顏色較深因為廚師落咗煎過嘅洋蔥落去煲,封門牛柳他他同紅菜頭啫喱喺個碟裏邊,店長哥哥將 consommé 倒入個碟裏邊,咁就飲得🤩;封門牛柳細細粒好牛味,紅菜頭洋蔥清湯亦都有濃郁牛味👍前菜「鵝肝,香茅薑果醬及黑朱古力多士」:鵝肝一般都係煎嘅,呢度菜鵝肝係蒸嘅,比較特別,口感好滑😋;旁邊仲放咗一件脆脆脆哋嘅黑朱古力多士,微甜,配鵝肝食,又係幾特別👍主菜「鮟鱇魚面頰,及香煎鮟鱇魚肝」:一直都好鍾意食鮟鱇魚肝,呢度竟然做到脆脆哋,幾好玩🤣;鮟鱇魚面頰 就鮮甜啖啖肉👍主菜「澳洲M8牛肉,生蠔葉,藍芝士醬汁」:澳洲M8牛肉肉質軟熟濃郁牛味,藍芝士醬汁有subtle 嘅 blue cheese 香味,又滑又好容易入口😋食甜品之前有青檸味道嘅 Sorbet,好清新😁甜品「蘋果批+肉鬆棉花糖」:蘋果批甜甜哋,肉鬆竟然係用 Prosciutto 焗脆咗再敲碎成小粒,咁甜甜哋嘅蘋果批配鹹鹹哋脆脆哋嘅 Prosciutto,食落幾得意🤣$56「熱咖啡」:濃郁夠滑好飲😋朋友👱🏻♀️非常滿意呢度嘅食物同埋環境,我哋過咗一個開心愉快嘅晚上🤩

餐廳真係靚到唔捨得走,真的要讚一下男朋友好識揀餐廳,Harlan’s 坐落於尖沙咀The one 19樓,令人讚嘆的270度海景,可以俯瞰整個維港的景色,如果早點安排記得要預訂窗口位當日無論服務、環境氣氛都好滿意,服務員好用心詳細介紹每一道菜,而且午市的3 courses menu 價錢定價也是很合理,包括頭盤主菜甜品餐飲,下次和好友慶祝也要再來首先餐湯上菜也是很有儀式感,用上香濃黑松露高湯,非常香濃,配上低溫慢煮龍蝦肉,矜貴的龍蝦肉很飽滿有鮮味,視覺和味覺也滿足到,另外一款前菜主菜方面選用來自北海道刺身帶子,是平日常見的2倍Size,外層煎至金黃色鎖住水份,仲有鮮嫩的蟶子,意粉醬汁味道搭配得很好另一款法式鴨髀男朋友也大讚肉質很Juicy不可不提甜品非常用心,栗子控很喜歡配上焦糖千層的組合,榛子醬非常香滑,甜品的賣相也是很高分Appetiser Artichoke & Black Truffle Cream Soup with Sous vides LobsterTiger Prawn Tortilla de Patatas with Seafood Pesto and Mixed TomatoMain course Scallop & Fresh Razor Clam Linguine with Oba Clam Cream SauceDessert Chestnut & Caramelized Condensed Milk Mille-FeuilleBudget: $298/head—————————————————Harlan's (尖沙咀)尖沙咀彌敦道100號The ONE 19樓—————————————————⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
