To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 士林台灣麵想食台灣麵嘅話就一定喺呢間《士林台灣麵》㗎喇.難得6點半都仲有位,真喺爽,2個人叫咗一碗鹽酥豬扒(排骨)飯, 另一碗鹽酥雞扒麵,嘢飲我叫咗一杯熱珍珠奶茶, 另一杯就喺胚牙奶茶鹽酥豬扒(排骨)飯豬扒份量巨大份,外皮炸得鬆脆好味,唔會太油膩,但肉質較厚實嚼頭十足而佢個飯上面嘅肉躁喺有別於台灣的肉躁無肥肉亦都唔喺濕潤嘅,而喺酥酥脆脆嘅肉粒不鹹不膩,都很好盛飯。鹽酥雞扒麵+牛肉湯呢度店舖好似好茶餐fell,但喺服務都非常非常好,d單改嚟改去都一一幫你改,無變面lol講番碗麵真喺QQ彈彈嘅! 煮到剛剛好唔會煮過火,加埋個牛肉湯頭有畫龍點睛嘅效果,無吹水出面呢碗湯都值70蚊啦!! 碗邊個辣油炸起D蔥花,令不起眼的蔥花更香艷,真喺每個細節位都做得好足!!雞扒同豬扒一樣酥脆,但皮大肉厚,稍稍有D唔夠入味,唯一解釋喺唔洗食咁鹹lol珍珠奶茶濃味金香奶茶配上軟綿綿中間又有咬勁嘅珍珠70蚊包埋台飲,頂級水準,比得上出面$150嘅水準, 食過唔好食嘅話過來搵我啦!! continue reading

今晚同老公來食飯,叫咗淨牛肉同過橋餃子,以前成日來同老板娘好熟,但咁啱佢整親腳响屋企休養。淨牛肉到咗得好少湯,同其中一個員工講加湯,佢話無得加,師傅有固定份量,又話收80蚊係得咁多湯。。。。。下省員工500字廢話,最後死死地氣去加湯。而家明白點解香港人寧願北上消費,都唔留港消費,北上食飯價錢平員工服務態度好。咁嘅服務態度以後唔會再幫襯! continue reading

第二次去,上次完覺得還可以,只係地方較迫,坐得唔舒服。好食但坐得無咁舒服都仲可以接受。但今次去完應該唔會有下次。香酥豬扒乾拌麵,係無味到要自己落鹽,好乾,紙皮豬扒。冇味到我要睇返個餐牌佢係唔係寫鹽酥豬扒,如果係鹽酥豬扒我諗住同侍應投訴。咁佢無寫錯佢只係香酥,無話有鹽。香酥雞扒乾拌麵,同樣地都係乾,無味。份量係夠,但你係唔會想食晒佢。係個乾拌麵算係好少少,有味道,正常。個魷魚鬚算係幾好味,黎到夠熱,份量都多,因為佢有配喼汁,所以冇鹹味都問題唔算好大。元朗仲有其他更好既選擇,真心覺得越做越差,舊時可能好食。但我所去既兩次,都係一個唔好既體驗。食完有個浪費左食熱氣肥仔既野quota。整體而言,唔會再黎。 continue reading
