自從將軍澳中心大裝潢之後ᴍᴇ 一次也沒有去過 ...這次跟友人約吃韓國菜ᴘᴜʀᴀᴅᴀᴋ 在韓國各地擁有不少分店在香港想吃地道韓國炸雞 可以到 ᴘᴜʀᴀᴅᴀᴋ將中分店地方光猛寬敞 並設舒適沙發卡位翻開餐牌 招牌炸雞口味超多元還有不同的韓式鍋物 飯類 小食等等滿足我們想食韓餐的胃口𓋪 輕量無骨炸雞 (韓式甜醬)吃炸雞可以點輕量版半份的sɪᴢᴇ 一樣也可以選口味 ( 需加錢 )小可惜最想吃的青陽辣椒ᴍᴀʏᴏ口味賣光了最後選了韓式地道甜醬風味香脆外層裹滿濃稠甜甜的 sᴀᴜᴄᴇ 內裡雞肉 ᴊᴜɪᴄʏ 不失香氣 如有甜辣口味會更加分𓋪 傳統辣炒年糕韓國餐廳一定要點一份炒年糕才對味 看到鮮艷橙紅色醬汁就知道很地道了年糕煙軔具嚼勁又掛汁 辣度甚高 很開胃配料的魚糕如果再多一些就不用跟友人爭吃了 𓋪 韓式烤牛肉石鍋拌飯上桌時真的是新鮮的滋滋作響超邪惡上面鋪滿甜甜調味的烤牛肉和煎蛋下層則有色彩繽紛的蔬菜們 材料豐富另附上辣醬自行調配辣度 我們喜歡混合至飯粒微橙色的少辣口感𓎾 菠蘿梳打𓎾 梨肉汁飲品以汽水 啤酒 燒酒比較多炸雞配啤酒當然一流啊我們還是選擇了酸爽的菠蘿梳打跟罐裝的甜甜梨肉汁 喝到底有果肉吃不到早就在收藏清單的青陽辣椒ᴍᴀʏᴏ炸雞不多不少有點飲恨下次再跟朋友來安可 一定要吃得到! continue reading

位於將軍澳中心一樓,食韓國炸雞同韓式料理嘅餐廳😉原來呢間嘢係韓國都有,上網睇到仲話佢既烤雞系好出名,黎左香港都未試過,果然名不虛傳😝🩷半半炸雞,有好多種口味選擇,試吓咁呢次揀咗秘製黑炸雞同原味,秘製黑醬油,一定要試!因為隻醬汁真係超好味,而且雞都好入味,揀左無骨既,咬落啖啖肉😍🩷牛肉紫菜飯卷,去韓國旅行嘅時候都會食,好味飽肚之選🤭🩷炒年糕(韓式甜醬),口感煙靭,比想像中辣一啲🩷芒果梳打,非常好飲!下次會試下其他味道🩷 continue reading

位於將軍澳中心的Puradak Chicken每逢假日都好多人過黎食,所以就揀了閒日一嚐韓國過江龍炸雞。🐣👫👭🍽️✨ 半半無骨炸雞($238),店裡超過10多款的炸雞選擇,每一份都很大份,2-4人食選2款唔同口味拼就最合適不過了。瘋狂蒜香拼紫菜脆脆,每件炸雞無骨又啖啖肉,外皮炸得微脆,內裡肉質嫩滑。瘋狂蒜香口味的雞塊滿怖蜜糖蒜泥,每一口都有很濃香的蒜蓉味道,口味是最保守同時間也是無得輸。另一款紫菜脆脆,炸雞充滿了紫菜的調味粉,還有很多塊鹹香的紫菜脆片,這款口味的炸雞口味幾新穎,帶有驚喜。🐥🍯🧄✨ 牛肉紫菜飯卷($68),很傳統的韓國紫菜飯卷,飯卷包了蘿蔔絲、青瓜、酸黃瓜、甜蛋、蟹柳、腸仔,而且仲食到粒粒的芝麻的香味,配料豐富,酸酸甜甜幾爽脆又開胃。🍙🥒🦀✨ 芝士雞蛋卷($128),成份雞卷都很長,份量又大份,雞卷的蛋味濃郁,加上滿滿的沙拉醬和茄汁,中間位置包住厚厚的芝士,入口味道豐富又有層次。🧀🍳✨ 梨肉汁($18),餐廳除了提供一些梳打飲品選擇外,還有幾款韓國罐裝飲品,其中梨肉汁都是我幾愛飲的飲品。🍐😁 continue reading

最近呢間韓國「炸雞界貴族」登陸將軍澳中心,終於約到朋友一齊黎試試🤩 🍗 PURADAK經典炸雞$188食炸雞鐘意連骨,肉質較油香😋 一碟有齊脾、翼、雞胸部位😍 炸雞成座山咁,份量十足,仲有香脆蝦片伴碟。炸雞用上先焗後炸方式,用高溫焗製將雞油逼出嚟,外皮夠脆又唔會有炸粉,減低油膩感唔乾好Juicy,果然係炸雞天花板😎🧀芝士雞蛋卷 $128厚厚的雞蛋卷,入口蛋香軟綿,包住半溶芝士好正,面層放紫菜碎,再加上蛋黃醬和茄汁,口感豐富😋🥟 炸餃子 (5件)$48餃子外皮炸得金黃香脆,最讚係冇油膩感,真係食完一件又一件🤤🍍菠蘿梳打 $88Jar裝菠蘿梳打,份量足又好飲!兩個人share剛剛好,菠蘿果味梳打消飽滯感,冰爽暢喉😚 continue reading

位於將軍澳的韓國炸雞料理店,主打多口味的炸雞,標榜以烤焗過後才炸的烹調方法,減低油膩感,卻保持原汁原味。餐廳還供應拌飯、飯卷、年糕、小食等韓式料理。炸雞:經典炸雞一大盤金黃香脆的炸雞,新鮮滾熱上枱,份量十足。有骨的炸雞,肉質飽滿,很入味,還附上一小碟的醃蘿蔔,解解膩。Korean Soul Food: 海鮮煎餅煎餅較為厚及乾身,帶點脆口口感,海鮮有蝦仁、章魚,蘸點醬油吃,不會那麼乾涸。Korean Soul Food: 韓式炒粉絲粉絲麻油香味濃,配料簡單,有冬菇、雲耳絲、紅蘿蔔、紅椒及椰菜絲、芝麻粒。韓國的粉絲較粗身,口感也很煙韌。飲品:梅子梳打梅子酸甜,清新的凍飲,炸雞配梳打汽水,特別舒暢、解渴。還點了一小罐裝的韓國果汁。 continue reading
