對上一次食當吉,經已遠到以年計的事!某日剛巧人在銅鑼灣,正好重拾昔日回憶。甫進餐廳,即時看到一大幅海底的流動屏幕,卡通魚游來游去,蠻有意思!吃吉豬前蘑芝麻是常識吧。枱面上擺放有西柚汁、豬扒汁以及紫菜汁,喜歡怎樣組合都可以,甚為齊全。單點的炸物先到,有豬扒、大蝦、生蠔和帶子,跟他他醬。海鮮鮮嫩爽口不在話下,其中的帶子尤其突出,又大又厚,深得我心。豬扒當然不可不提,炸得鬆化的外皮裡面的肉竟還是細嫩多汁的,出神入化!一客定食有刺身飯、沙律、味噌湯、漬物和吉列豬柳。沙律除了菜之外,特別之處就是有銀魚仔,與別不同!味噌湯有豆腐有蜆,跟味噌相當合拍。刺身塊塊厚身,以紫菜或紫蘇葉夾著漬物包著一起送進嘴裡,完美的自製壽司!豬柳的肉亦很鬆軟,完全滿足到本吉列控!從來當吉的飯後果都是西瓜,今次也沒有例外。西瓜不會非常的凍,入口清甜。加上飲品荔枝梳打,汽水裡散發出淡淡的荔枝香,就是所謂的「完美的句號」!多年後再食當吉,水準依舊,還好像進步不少! continue reading

記得第一次幫襯是在90年代,由日本朋友介紹的,一直幫襯到現在,見證著不同年代,從得人認識、開分店、直到現在本地香港人已經少在香港消費的年代了!阿仔從外地回港很想再吃炸豬扒,雖然網上見到一些負評,但抱着平常心再去幫襯。因為是公眾假期的關係,優休閑閑,到達的時候已經是接近1:30 ,但店員仍然很有禮貌地招待,並沒有趕客的感覺。豬扒仍然是鮮嫩多汁,炸大蝦也是像以往一樣的鬆脆肉質甜美,白飯也添加了幾次,珍珠米軟熟有𡁻口,恰到好處!我們很寫意地享用了一餐美味的豬扒餐,要讚,服務很好啊!我會繼續支持! continue reading

韓國朋友久唔久就想食韓式炸豬扒돈까스 .我話不如今晚去世貿中心13樓Tonkichiとん吉食炸豬柳. 一定唔會失望. 移民潮,北上消費,經濟不景氣,連帶銅鑼灣都蕭條咗好多,話晒我嘅讀書時代係呢區,特別有感情,而家真係好唏噓.以前唔book 位都要排好耐隊,甚至成晚都冇位,要擇日再嚟. 今晚7:00零鐘到餐廳,男經理笑容可鞠咁叫同事安排座位. 目測入座率都有8成. 埋單時都應該接受滿座.食物方面:依舊保持水準.服務方面:本來的座位對住冷氣風口,坐一陣間已經發覺頂唔順,一名女職員見我坐位不安,主動問我有乜嘢需要幫忙,佢了解後,幫我去嘗試調節風速,但後來發覺仍然好大風,於是佢幫我轉去另一張檯,問題得以改善.另一位女職員亦好殷勤招待我哋,主動斟茶,加椰菜絲,詢問有冇其他需要.今次係我第一次寫食評,我有個習慣,想為曾經為自己用心提供服務嘅人加許稱贊一下,將心比心,因為任何人都鍾意被稱贊嘛.於是問咗2位女職員嘅稱呼,一位係Ann 小姐,另一位係亞芳小姐,仲有男經理. 多謝你哋今晚嘅熱情招待,令我同韓國朋友今晚都有一個愉快嘅用餐體驗,因為而家好多食肆嘅服務水平好低,毫無服務可言,有時真係食到一肚氣,影響心情. 我嘅朋友係中環某數字燒味店就食到一肚氣,係呃遊客啫,除非你係名人咪扮好nice, 大家可以睇吓食他食客嘅留言. 我班親戚朋友都bad list 咗最後,希望大家嘗試盡量留港消費,繼續支持本地優質服務嘅餐廳商店,否則我哋只會更少選擇,亦影響本地就業率. 惡性循環.是次用餐係自費,唔係鱔稿. 完全出自本人嘅真心誠意,多謝大家花寶貴嘅時間睇我嘅評論,祝大家身體健康,生意興隆,萬事如意. continue reading

▫️吉列車海老定食🦐定食有飯、麵豉湯、醃菜同椰菜絲沙律。椰菜絲沙律可以無限refill,按自己喜好配上西柚沙律醋或日式紫菜汁,啲菜都好新鮮食落好fresh,可以開胃解膩又清下熱🥗兩大隻車海老炸到金黃,外皮好鬆脆但一啲都唔覺得油膩,蝦肉夠肉質厚實彈牙,沾少少沙律醬調味更加好食👍🏻 ▫️鹿兒島特等厚切豚肉定食🐷厚切豚肉肉質軟腍帶油香,肉味幾香,脂肪分佈均勻,食落有啲化開嘅感覺。外皮厚薄啱啱好,炸得好鬆脆。可以按自己喜好將白芝麻磨碎,再加上秘製豬扒醬汁同芥末一齊食,散發著好香嘅芝麻味,香口又惹味🫙 continue reading

首先講吓塊鹿兒島厚切豬扒($348)啦,豬扒非常之好食,肉汁飽滿肉質嫩滑,炸粉啱啱好,望落好多,不過一咬落去先發覺原來炸粉只係薄薄一層,塊豬扒真係好大份,食嘅話要有心理準備,食落雖然有少少肥肉同埋根,不過咁先係豬扒,無謂批評。椰菜同飯係無限量供應㗎,一於淋少少柚子醬落椰菜度啦,臨尾甜品得嗰幾夠西瓜,令我大跌眼鏡。不過呢間餐廳我最唔滿意嘅就係服務態度,大佬你係食家蔡瀾指定介紹嘅 CWB 總店嚟㗎!由上咗碗芝麻開始嗰兩個侍應(尤其係著和服載手套嗰個)就一直用命運式嘅語氣叫我磨碎 d 芝麻,等 d 豬扒可以沾上去,跟住仲叫我點樣食嗰件豬扒,我心諗使唔使連呢 d 都要你教。我每一次望到佢都發現佢係黑口黑面咁款,我心諗你咁唔鍾意做咪唔好做啦。態度簡直令人髮指! continue reading
