荃灣區有不少吃點心的專門點,近日在南豐紗廠意外發現有一間,所以去試吓。首先坐位寬闊,衞生環境不錯。我們點了幾款點心,包括筍尖蝦餃、麻辣叉燒包、叉燒腸粉、鮮蝦春卷、香煎蘿蔔糕、三色燒賣、陳皮牛肉球及梅菜扣肉飯。本人推介「麻辣叉燒包」,麵包外皮鬆軟,餡料豐富,有麻辣香味之餘又不會太辣,但一籠只得兩個,相對較少。另外,梅菜扣肉飯也值得一試,扣肉炆得軟綿綿,連瘦肉位置也軟滑,肥肉位置亦很香,配合甜甜的梅菜真是一流。叉燒腸粉皮薄多料,腸粉皮較有彈性。其他點心也算得高水準,跟翠O差不多,連價錢也差不多。 continue reading

點茶公館座落在荃灣南豐紗廠,理境舒適,而餐飲設計新穎,充滿藝術感,讓人一種不一樣的點心飲茶的體驗,富有生活儀式感。餐飲保留傳統精髓,將創意和美味融合,透過擺盤,營造氣氛,讓人與人之間互動,餐碟設計亦有中西共融的格局,食物,環境及服務都不錯!我地點選左梅子淮山,好開胃,好正!流沙奶皇包的設計好有兒時回憶,滿足我地童心,大家都不約而同一邊玩一邊食,好開心!之後亦點選左肉頪菜餚,雞排,梅菜扣肉,炸蠔餅等,不失傳統口味,份量好足,好飽好有滿足感!而陳皮普洱茶亦有淡淡的陳皮香,入口順滑。可惜係晚餐用餐時間比較短,收7點,要食就趁早! continue reading
