一直都覺得火鍋嘅食評好難寫,因為太多野想寫,花多眼亂,所以都係集中講幾樣好啲,減法的藝術。 銅鑼灣樓下火鍋飯店真係喺住宅大廈樓下落地牢,一入門口有水缸養住生猛海鮮。懷舊港式大牌檔裝修,鐵閘、圓枱、gas爐。 🧂醬料方面都有唔少選擇,不過我一般都係用蒜蓉、辣椒、蔥花、麻油、豉油。簡單做少少調味又唔會太蓋過食材嘅鮮味。如果有時有啲特式醬料都會另外試少少嘅。 🥥清甜椰子雞湯:主要有粟米、椰子同埋雞。近年花膠雞湯大熱,但係食得太多都有啲膩,清清地食椰子雞湯都唔錯 🥩大紅袍牛肉五拼:一次過可以試5款牛肉,不過我最愛嘅都係封門柳 🥚滑牛肉:配一隻生雞蛋,喺其他地方都有試過呢個做法,不過比較少見喺一般鮮牛肉上面 🪿鵝腸:好肥美 🍜粉絲:好多人打邊爐鍾意食公仔麵或者烏冬,我就鍾意食粉絲,比想像中大碟,我影相嗰陣已經係食左少少 🪑座位分佈唔會太密集,枱同枱之間都有足夠空間,唔會太逼。 continue reading

每一次喺駱克道都會經過呢一間火鍋餐廳,今日終於同朋友收工嚟試吓!我哋就叫左鴛鴦湯底,另外亦都試咗餐廳嘅手切牛肉,雲吞,丸類!手切牛肉,我哋都覺得非常好食,佢嘅肉味非常香濃,而且份量嚟講,我哋都覺得唔算太少,唔使全熟咁樣食非常正,雲吞就每一隻都非常大粒,而且入邊至少有兩隻蝦,非常足料,加埋沙嗲湯底簡直就係正,我同朋友都鍾意呢一個配搭!總括嚟講呢一間餐廳都唔錯,非常適合三五知己一齊食飯,最後再飲埋啤酒,簡直就係正! continue reading
