今晚終於可以一試蓮香夜市 。6:00-9:00 。一坐低唔知食乜好,店員很親切介紹👍🏻叫左例湯(鱆魚節瓜湯),料足味好,有機會會再來一試再來一個星洲炒米埋生炒骨(原來碟碟份量甘多🙊)扺食。點心我叫咗魚肚卷 ,十分滿意。因為太小人食,如果多啲下次可以叫一些傳統菜。很多選擇。焗魚腸會一定試。一路坐在酒樓和店員傾談感覺很良好,環境也很懷舊。人情味濃厚。還有80年老餅家小賣部。全是老伙計,傳統店鋪一定要再來支持👍🏻 continue reading

一早起身就試下蓮香茶室(前身蓮香樓) 飲早茶!我一黎就二話不說叫左個鐵觀飲飲先!佢係一人一壺茶架!同埋係用鐵水煲煲滾水沖茶,睇師父手勢都知道講究因為第一壺係唔飲嘅!之後就叫左點心!呢度好有特色仲係推車仔叫點心🥧見到d蛋撻好鮮色就好想食喇酥皮好鬆脆好有風味呢碟已經唔記得叫咩嘅腸粉,雖然唔係平時食開嘅腸粉類別,哈哈,但食到懷舊風味。鳳爪都好入味同好淋(軟果隻淋)最特別係環境,一篇懷舊嘅情景,成日覺得電影現有,坐低十分鐘已經有回到30年前嘅感覺了。 continue reading

一行人來飲茶就能試多一點款式的點心,餐廳充滿懷舊的氣息,由姊姊手推點心車出來,喊著點心的名字,每一台車供應不同款式的點心,她們會推到每一桌問你要不要,或者有些搶手的點心,就需要我們拿著點心卡衝到車子面前,趕緊將它拿起來,不然很快就賣完了點了一整桌的點心,超級豐盛,而價格非常實惠,在中環實屬難得印有蓮香樓字樣的茶壺點心卡和懷舊餐牌燒腩卷包著芋頭條和一片燒腩肉,咬下去外皮很厚有嚼勁,充滿肉香,芋頭鬆化叉燒包特別的是蓮香樓的包點皮都偏厚,而且有韌性,咬下去不是鬆酥軟軟的那種,非常扎實蘿蔔糕蒸的蘿蔔糕吃起來綿密,蘿蔔香氣撲鼻,由於太軟了,像是「用喝的蘿蔔糕」燒賣和排骨酥不過不失剛蒸好的糕點從廚房拿出來千層糕現在很少見到這種千層糕,一層奶皇一層鹹蛋黃,兩者味道配合的很好,白色的部分吃起來就是叉燒包的外皮一樣像饅頭的口感馬拉糕比起以前蓮香樓時期吃得好像不一樣,變得不好吃了,沒有味道不夠香,糕體偏乾不綿密,記得以前很好吃的奶皇包牛肉球有點蒸的太軟了當天不見蝦餃推出來,有點可惜 continue reading

星期六休息左一日,星期日又食足全日🙄先黎個“傳統早餐”,係... 放假都要8點幾出門口... 就係為左個煎蘿蔔糕,鵪鶉蛋燒賣,乾蒸牛肉囉! 呢幾樣都唔係話去酒樓飲茶就有既野,仲要唔夠早係無得食既XD 所以要一早黎飲早茶!呢間由細食到大,其實無幾耐之前已經,係老伙記接手前就去食過,但個次唔夠早,亦太多人,反而今日早,我從來都未見過可以吉到3張連枱(除左晚餐時間). 不過就唔多見到老伙記啦,可能真係上哂“management”啦XD continue reading
