好食嘅小炒真係越來越少,一係就可以幾碟餸炒到同一個味,一係又唔夠鑊氣,加上身體咁多靚女朋友,邊有人鍾意食小炒,今次係有個朋友仔住呢頭,即興食個飯,先有機會試下佢個飯堂咋!好得意喎!雖然佢門口係一間好老派嘅鋪頭,諗住佢入面都會有嘀那渣,A?地方係舊,但好乾淨,每張枱重鋪咗枱布,好有時光倒流,返返去以前嘀舊餐廳嘅感覺。小炒邊少得椒鹽九肚魚呀!炸漿好薄,魚肉大大條好滑,又鎖住晒啲肉汁,唔乾!送啤酒一流呀!金黃蝦又點少得呀!蝦肉又大又彈牙,蝦殼炸得脆卜卜!加上咸蛋黃鹹香惹味!膽固醇?咩嚟㗎?呢個炸豬腳仔,我朋友至愛,夠哂麻甩!哈哈!全部都係送啤酒嘅餸!價錢大眾~鑊氣一流!正啦!如果唔係咁遠!我都成日黎呀! continue reading

區議會選舉後,市區開始平靜下來。適逢週末,先用年票去海洋公園,之後順道去灣仔食晚飯。上次經過「群眾小廚」已經想幫襯,今日終於執行目標。位於灣仔口的一條橫街,除了上班日子的午飯時段,晚上都以街坊生意為主。所以,裝修只是典型街坊小菜館,唔需要富麗堂皇;最緊要出品質素好味道及抵食。餐牌菜式選擇算多,以大眾化口味菜式為主,適合附近街坊的家常晚飯。椒鹽鮮魷($118)外層的雞蛋漿及乾粉均勻地鋪滿每塊鮮魷表面,炸得顔色金黃、夠乾身;只是乾粉份量稍嫌太多,雖然香口,但咬落去就有點硬身了,味道亦偏鹹。魷魚唔夠肉厚,所以未夠爽口彈牙,但有鮮味。整體來說,算是一碟好食的椒鹽鮮魷,但有改進空間。蔥油炸子雞(半隻)($178)雞皮香脆,雞肉入味、質感嫰滑,不過,味道同樣偏鹹。雞味一般,但自家調製的香蔥豉油就非常好味,彌補不足之處。兩味菜式味道皆偏濃偏鹹,典型街坊小菜館質素,估計其他小菜也是相同情況。講烹調技巧及菜式質素,當然未至於出類拔萃;但濃郁惹味,迎合大部份香港人對普通晚飯的要求。只是以小店的裝修、服務態度及出品質素來說,價錢似乎貴了一點,莫非地區因素? continue reading

今日食午飯,由於同好多同事一齊食,所以就決定行到黎呢一間群眾小廚,有大枱可以坐多啲人。我叫咗肉絲炒麵,我之前就食過星洲炒米,覺得好有鑊氣,炒到又唔會好濕,炒得乾身又好味,就諗住今次肉絲炒麵嘅都唔差。先講個麵底,雖然肉絲炒麵嘅麵應該係脆,但係呢個麵底就真係麻麻地,淋之餘亦都唔會話係好熱講到上面嘅肉絲,呢一個汁過分多油,再加埋啲麵就真係油林林,味道方面,咸味又唔係好夠,所以整體來講,入口就好似食咗好多油咁。而我叫多咗一杯熱奶茶,熱奶茶基本上係冇乜茶味好淡口唯有下次試吓其他炒粉麵睇吓會唔會好食啲啦! continue reading

今天看完超級月亮後來到覓食星期二的晚上幸好不用等位打開了菜牌 食物選擇小得很坐下來也懶得走了點了咕嚕肉及琵琶豆腐咕嚕肉:炸得過了火好像是在吃烤肉乾一樣琵琶豆腐:粉多得過份。完全吃不到豆腐,魚肉亦到吃唔出有,吃到的只是炸粉及空氣。整頓飯十分失望十年前幫襯過一次十年後完全走曬樣價錢貴了 但食物質素大不如前下次 應該不會再來。 continue reading

枝竹班腩飯,冇味!睇下幅相,一粒蒜頭一條蔥一塊薑都冇。最討厭啲食肆以為自己個名響咗唔憂做!之前叫蘿蔔牛腩飯因為本人唔多喜歡食筋,同佢講可唔可以走筋;如果你答我「盡量啦」都可以接受。佢一句話「唔得喎,原本都冇乜筋啦」。買到返去一半腩,一半筋。no next time。之前都係好耐先幫襯一次希望會有改善。但係每次俾多次希望自己俾多次機會佢換來嘅都係再一次失望。有次朋友想食羊腩煲貪方便幫襯佢,二百幾三百蚊成煲皮&骨;我有所微言,夥計話「皮先最好食」。咁你有冇理下喜歡食肉嘅顧客?起碼羊骨羊皮羊肉比例成正比好不好? continue reading
