To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

間中都會來買外賣飯,原因好簡單,呢間舖頭服務差就出晒名,不過俾面叉燒油雞質素唔錯,所以都間中會用$100幫襯油髀+叉燒+例湯,不過只可以外賣。四月頭再嚟幫襯外賣,結果令人非常失望,招牌叉燒質素差咗好多,最令我吃驚嘅係,係盒白飯爛pat pat咁,嚴重太過濕,食咗兩啖就冇要到。買外賣唔通要檢查咗飯嘅質素先走?即刻諗起上一次我喺呢間間舖頭叫同樣嘅油髀叉燒飯,竟然俾咗雞背脊我,嗰次我真係有行返去換,浪費咗我一來一回整整20分鐘有多。今次叉燒同個白飯都出埋事,冇錯,燒味舖白飯出事,難以想像,不可原諒,結果得一個永無幫襯! continue reading

貴得嚟無咩特別,真喺唔明白點解會大推,我諗有時同燒味舖嘅外賣質數差不多,但價錢上就double咗,可能喺因為有位坐嘅堂食,一半喺服務費。唔知喺味因為偏瘦嘅問題,所以咬落口都肉質感覺上麻麻,無論燒肉定叉燒始終都喺半肥瘦喺最好,但喺照睇個樣其實真喺有啲柴。咁嘅價錢其實附近都仲有好多選擇,無必要特別嚟食,當然如果真喺想試吓,建議同落單同事講盡量要肥啲,當日我都聽到隔離枱話咁瘦嘅,唔知係咪其實我唔好彩遇着呢個時間嚟係要食瘦嘅。 continue reading

完全係失望呀。其實本身自己都非常之少post 對食物嘅評語,都好明白係香港做食市都非常艱難。但係今次都真係不吐不快。琴晚工作完後,諗住係呢間食神叉燒買盒叉燒外賣食下啦,雖然有工作嘅同事已經溫提咗我,有朋友買咗成盒叉燒都係肥豬肉要攞返去舖頭同佢講換過。但係我心諗無咁啱嘅…我去到呢間舖頭都其實差唔多成9:00, 但係見到無閂門就去睇下重有冇啦,其實之前自己已經食過一次但係經驗麻麻。去到燒味架位,見到兩位師傅好熱情咁問我想食乜,我就問下仲有冇叉燒呀!要肥定瘦,我話瘦啦…師傅立即介紹返一條話平時好少見嘅正野!我話好啦試下啦!點知番到屋企一試,都真係眼淚流,除咗頭味啲叉燒位有少少肉之外都真係全肥。我心諗唔通真係有人食全肥?其實本身條叉燒嘅味係唔錯,但係點解燒味師傅唔提提係肥嘅呢?咁我工作同事嘅朋友又係同一個經驗買咗成舊肥肉返去。今次都係一次幾差嘅體驗。奉勸其他食客,小心中伏 continue reading
