去食晚餐,叫咗套餐,首先飲個西洋菜陳腎湯先,好有火候,熱辣辣,好好味👍🏻當然有燒鵝,個皮好脆,不過就覺得較為瘦啲,肉比較乾身,同埋其實例牌都唔係好多舊肉。反而覺得個花膠花菇喜出望外,足料,夠林夠入味!個炸蝦丸唔會好厚粉,炸到脆卜卜,入面蝦膠有口感!餐入邊包兩罐汽水,但唔知係乜嘢牌子,所以自己另外嗌咗可樂飲。見食評好多人都話服務差,近半年去過兩次,可能我好彩啦,其實個個服務員都好客氣,都好有禮貌,我覺得OK喎! continue reading

行很多食評都說這一家好 中午1:30親身黎食叫左兩個燒鵝飯十分差首先燒餓飯+茶位+花生+一(埋單差不多$240)食物差數十分差燒餓皮沒光擇 肥膏多肉質有偏黑乾身(跟本就放左好耐)然後見隔籬枱叫左個例牌完全係兩個樣 我建議大家去食叫例牌/半隻/全隻切記唔好叫碟頭飯(好似垃圾 兩碟埋單240拎去餵狗質數)我拎碟飯去問店員 佢話我地燒餓係每日出爐係咁迴避問題大佬!成碟野係你面前仲要有隔籬枱對照 係唔靚就唔靚架啦講咁多估仔做咩 如果食碟頭出返去出面陳記果啲都係$50幾如果叫例/半/全隻先好去(已付圖 大家慢慢睇) continue reading

今日係朋友生日,特登改出行程去深井裕記燒鵝食飯慶祝,點咗最出名嘅燒鵝,之後仲有豉油王鵝腸,再嚟一個啫啫雞,之後點多一個椒鹽豆腐,終於食到我心心念念嘅燒鵝啦,鵝皮脆多汁,唔會太騷,冇啲鴨咁騷,肉汁都算多,鵝腸都好值得推介,好爽脆然之後仲有少少脂肪,越咬越香,雞煲都啫得好入味,啲雞一啲都唔似冰鮮嘅雞,比較似新鮮嘅雞,肉質有咬口,然之後啲豆腐表皮都炸得好脆,豆腐入邊好嫩滑,就係淡咗少少,如果啲炸蒜再多少少就好喇,整体來講地方都唔算難搵,今日價錢都算ok,啲哥哥姐姐都算熱情。 continue reading

呢間燒鵝店非常之出名 專登入深井一試 叫咗一份例牌燒鵝配白飯 燒鵝肥瘦適中 燒鵝皮唔算特別脆口 但係醬汁調校得入味好吃 配上佢哋自製嘅燒鵝醬食口味酸酸甜甜 會解咗燒鵝嘅油膩感 不過整體感覺同其他地方食嘅燒鵝差不多 個人覺得未算特別出色 continue reading

今次行到深井,非試不可的就係呢家嘅燒鵝!先講講隻燒鵝,個皮香脆得嚟唔油膩💫,肉質嫩滑,啖啖肉汁,真係得意得滯😍。再來個琵琶豆腐,外面金黃酥脆,入面幼滑得黎咸香適中,啱晒口味👌!話說返個炸生蠔,炸得外脆內軟,海鮮鮮味一啖噴發⭐,食落好有滿足感。平民口味,真心推介!就算係港式粵語我都要讚一句:真係咁滑咁正!食完之後個人心情都好似明朗咗好多,下次還會慕名而來!👍 continue reading
