因大家都想吃素食野,今晚同朋友選了這間位於黄埔的素食店晚餐,少去這區吃,入到餐廳,裝修好有宮廷風格舒適感,座位寬倘,看了一會餐牌叫了秘制士多啤梨生炒骨  有特色,平時生炒骨只得酸酸甜甜,這個加了士多啤梨汁一起炒,有濃酸酸甜甜味,也有濃香士多啤梨味,肉身脆口嫩滑,口感特別荔芋酥魚  造成魚型狀的,咬一啖入口皮身特別鬆化,香芋軟軟綿綿融在口中,好有嘴嚼感,芋酥再點上配汁,濃郁香芋香味,也有酸甜味,芋味又有另一種香味乾炒肉片河 (少咸,少油)  河粉幼滑,粉身不油,炒得好乾爽,彈口嫩滑,清淡肉片香味,另一番口感麥米正斗糕  (4件)  少見,糕身用麥米,雜豆同馬蹄粉等材料造成的,入口好有層次感,煙煙韌韌,麥米同雜豆味好香,味道有特色 continue reading

每到初一十五就同媽咪嚟到呢間位於黃埔天地美食坊(巧饍坊)食素,喜歡這裏環境寬敞,感覺寧靜舒服,食物質素不錯,餐廳素食種類多選擇,除了點心還有小菜等。秘制士多啤梨生炒骨這碟菜式每次嚟到都必點的,簡直色香味俱全,士多啤梨醬汁甜酸到適中,腐竹炸得好香口,口感豐富,配白飯一流。茄子枝竹炆班腩茄子切得好幼細,煮得好淋好入味,斑腩用了炸腐竹代替,入口爽脆,枝竹軟綿綿味道不錯。乾炒肉片河河粉炒得好有鑊氣,上枱時香噴噴,加入少量芽菜、芝麻和枝竹已經好惹味,配搭少量辣椒醬一齊食,食唔停口!雖然大部份菜式都加入炸腐竹或枝竹,都可以烹調出不同味道及特色菜式,值得一讚。 continue reading

難得過嚟黃埔 就睇吓有啲咩齋鋪食(´▽`)上網搵就見到依間好似幾特別因為想食中式就揀咗依間😝本身見到好多人都話生炒骨好食 都想試 但佢只有單點個餸 所以我都放棄左我就揀左粟米魚柳🌽 我朋友就係魚香雞丁因為叫餐所有有埋湯跟湯係粟米雞蛋花湯好夠味😛其實我都唔知係粟米湯 🫣我成餐都係食粟米—_—粟米魚柳個汁同個湯係一樣😂只係無咁稀個偽魚柳炸幾脆 其實係一堆腐竹😂😂勁飽肚 魚香雞丁 真係有啲r哂頭因為我食落好似宮保雞丁因為我覺得好多油又太重麻味 唔太似魚香—0—食左幾啖就放棄左 另外佢收茶位再有收加一 *-* 唔會特登去試 路過要食齋就都可能會嘅 continue reading
