To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 假日去了工展會順便食埋晚飯,諗唔到食咩之下又想食茶記,即想起喜喜,差唔多成十年冇去,既然係果頭就照去食。實在太耐冇去,原來搬左同裝修左,假日8:00去到唔太多人。餐廳面積頗大,設有露天位置,裝潢甚有懷舊之感,餐廳擺放了不少懷舊物品,最搶眼係個小巴卡位設計,實在太正忍唔住打卡。餐牌,本身想來食沙嗲牛之類,但當日晚餐時間冇,只好食其他,好彩雞批浮台仲有,因為主要想食返呢個,見個阿姐好有誠意推介個喜喜聖誕大餐,諗唔到食咩之下就一試了。雞批浮台~雞批菠菜蓉湯,$48,太耐冇食,唔係好記得個味,但印象上個湯係唔同左既,以前好似係青豆忌廉湯,而加係菠菜蓉湯,反而好味得多,菠菜蓉湯口感杰身菠菜味濃不俗,雞批口感酥脆,餡料十足又香口幾好味呢。鐵板餐的餐湯,可以揀中湯,配牛油餐包。黑毛豬鐵板餐配薯菜及蒜蓉汁,$138,黑毛豬,梳打粉肉,口感太軟腍冇乜味,伏。喜喜聖誕大餐,$238:熱奶茶,正常水準。芒果大蝦沙律,芒果甜中蝦爽口,配料仲有沙律菜、青瓜、蘿蔔及紅腰豆等,味道清新。周打魚湯,好大碗又足料。芝士焗龍蝦半隻及配鑊仔牛柳,份量少,芝士焗龍蝦,芝士味道唔夠濃,龍蝦又冇乜肉唔夠鮮味,牛柳都係細碟,口感太軟肉味太淡,一般。美式蘋果批配雪糕,蘋果批微熱,口感酥脆,內餡有蘋果香味及肉桂味,配上雪糕伴食幾好味。食物上扒餐真係唔洗諗,雞批及蘋果批都好食,環境取勝有特色,坐得舒適,服務都幾好,價格合理,下次有機食茶餐呢。 continue reading
