The staff suggested us the best order to eat them - by starting from the lighter flavours, then go stronger one by one. 很久沒有吃小籠包了,於是去了間有彩色小籠包食的餐廳!這間位於銅鑼灣的樂天皇朝環境非常寬敞,餐廳中間還有水池,非常有皇氣!餐牌上有多款不同的上海菜式可以選擇。安頓後店員為我們送上小吃花生,花生軟綿綿而且有調味,令人吃唔停口!特色皇朝小籠包,來到這裡當然要食彩色小籠包,共有8粒不同的味道,包括有原味、絲瓜、蟹粉、黑松露、芝士、鵝肝、蒜香和川味,當中蟹粉味道鮮甜,蒜香味道香濃,而川味食落帶有微辣。每粒都湯汁滿滿,皮也很薄,十分美味!烤麩,烤麩也是一道很久沒有吃的前菜,烤麩吸收了醬汁的味道,甜甜的特別開胃!除了有烤麩,還有木耳和金針,全部都是吸味的食物,十分正!肉碎乾煸四季豆,四季豆口感脆身,加上肉碎一齊炒,味道特別惹味,最適合用黎送飯!雪菜咸肉炒年糕,吃了那麼多濃味的食物,食返個清清地的菜式!年糕口感煙煙韌韌,用上雪菜和咸肉一齊炒,帶有微微的咸香,味道不會好濃,不錯呢!炸饅頭,饅頭炸到外脆內軟,點上煉奶,甜甜的,食完特別滿足! continue reading

餐廳:樂天皇朝地點:銅鑼灣利舞臺廣場菜式:來自新加坡中菜館,主打粵菜及滬菜餐牌:小籠包,南北點心,涼菜,經典熱炒,人氣川菜,主食,拉麵,拌麵,湯,甜品,飲品。茶位每位$12,只係普通茶水。小食 $15 另加一一坐低就放低小食,係麻辣雞脚。味道非常麻辣,都係暖暖地上枱,分量都唔少,呢個價錢算抵。原味小籠包 $78 另加一原味小籠包一客六隻,皮唔算太薄,我覺得少少厚,不過就唔會容易穿,入面好多湯汁,肉都可以。呢個價錢可以。鵝肝小籠包 $142 另加一鵝肝小籠包一客六隻,果然食到鵝肝味,不過價錢實在貴太多,絕對唔值得,食原味就得。醋醬海蜇頭 $90 另加一呢個小食價錢算貴,好彩分量唔少。海蜇頭偏大片,口感可以,下底墊有青瓜。瑤柱芙蓉賽螃蟹 $98 另加一瑤柱芙蓉賽螃蟹酒味好濃,螃蟹唔多覺,主要係蛋白。蒜蓉清炒菠菜 $78 另加一蒜蓉清炒菠菜味道唔錯,唔會太油膩,面頭有少少炸蒜添口感。鮮蝦雲吞豬骨湯 $82 另加一鮮蝦雲吞一客六隻,皮較爲厚,蝦肉都可以。個豬骨湯就非常好,加有葱花味道唔錯。不過價錢太貴。上海炒年糕 $93 另加一上海炒年糕分量公道,年糕口感及格,配料有足夠白菜同大白菜加少少肉絲,都唔會太油膩。呢碟都抵食。人均$262,夠飽肚,不過材料都係普通料,個人覺得定價太高,某d菜式價錢就公道d,要揀菜式叫。服務基本上都無,座位可以不過都好嘈,好彩都聽到朋友講野。 continue reading

又是一個懶洋洋的星期天。看完兩個小時的早場電影已經下午6點,開始肚餓。於是到附近看看有什麼好吃醫肚。     樂天皇朝於銅鑼灣利舞臺廣場。從地鐵站一出不用5分鐘便到,十分方便。 這裏的裝修高貴,而且寬敞,枱與枱之間有足夠距離,坐得舒服.    我們一行二人叫了幾樣小菜一起分享。   蟹粉餡兒餅(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)  看起來外表平平,內裏暗藏乾坤。香口的蟹粉,令人齒頰留香。    薺菜黃魚春捲(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)  春捲外皮脆口,內裏魚肉絲絲,能夠吃出魚的鮮味。配上酸醋調味,中和了油膩感。    年糕豬骨湯(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)  年糕滿了豬骨湯的精華,吃起來煙韌可口,熱辣辣,冬天一流。   紅油抄手拌麵(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)  最後還叫了個手拌麵,吃點澱粉質才飽肚。抄手一共有四隻,皮薄而且餡料十足。拌麵吃起來軟硬適中,起來微微辣,十分惹味,為這天的晚餐畫上完美句號。    總括而言,這間餐廳食物質素不錯,而且價錢十分大眾化。下次經過也一定會再來。      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~   樂天皇朝 (利舞臺廣場) 銅鑼灣波斯富街99號利舞臺廣場6樓  推介菜式:蟹粉餡兒餅     👍🏻地點方便   👍🏻環境舒適    👍🏻價錢大眾  continue reading
