East Hotel大裝修後，第一次去Feast食半自助餐。大約10年前曾經光顧過，食物選擇少，質素也一般般。最近在OpenRice的食評裏，看見質素有改善，今日決定一試。半自助餐內有四個主菜任選一款，今天的餐牌有醬燒豬肋骨、青衣魚柳、意大利飯和藥膳雞卷湯米線。我和爸媽選擇了青衣魚柳和藥膳雞卷湯米線，味道和賣相都不錯👍🏻。頭盤的沙律吧、壽司、少量冷盤、中西湯和甜品都是自助形式，侍應refill得很頻密，食物質素很不錯👍🏻半自助餐內包汽水、咖啡或茶，值得推薦。 continue reading

第3次黎食🤣🤣真心都好高質！之前疫情期間，自助餐連房好抵，所以黎左2次。不過而家疫情後，復活節旅行好貴，所以又再黎食飯🫣🔥因為係買package，所以唔知單價幾錢，不過成個套票係$2700左右，一房連二人自助餐，坦白講都幾好，係有質素既自助餐👍Staff 既service都好好雖然選擇唔多，但每樣都好好食，仲有擺盤添基本上可以試晒每款食物，好食既又有胃口再encore多一輪，大推！壽司都幾好食，好多款式，上菜都好快。整體上唔算好多人，坐得舒服又傾到計。 continue reading

諗咗好耐，男朋友生日同佢食咩好! 🤔一於試吓 Feast Buffet~用埋OpenRice book位仲有七折，買單每人好似$560左右！🦀一定要介紹吓呢度嘅海鮮招牌菜色－生蠔、蟹腳、海蝦。生蠔偏細隻, 入口都OK! 另外，👍🏻最方便嘅位係熱食可以坐係度order, 唔洗出去排餐慒~ Feast的牛排展現了高品質嘅水準。 牛排煎到嫩嫩口感，充滿了濃鬱的肉汁，仲可以揀幾成熟，我覺得5成啱啱好!🍮不能不提嘅甜品，種類繁多嘅甜品樣樣都想試! 就算好飽，都要試creme brulee法式焦糖布甸，口感細膩柔滑，好creamy 好好食! continue reading

本人以親身付費經歷而寫的食評，绝對是本人的感受，希望作大家一個參考。在港吃過無數Buffet, 這間算是性價比高高高餐廳。從服務來说，本人很少比Tips的。這間Buffet 餐廳使我比了$50 Tips (算多嗎？)從在 電梯大堂 已感到他/她的服務，主動問客人去哪層。他/她只是在等電梯的員工。禮貌讓客人出lift 。環境好靚同好高級。今晚好彩我穿着得端莊不失禮。食物方面不是以多為主，而是以精及食材好為主。不可說超級好好好好好，不可以同超级貴餐廳比。但這樣的價錢有這般好食物，真是難得。唯一要講的是，我怕吃太甜的甜品。一句講哂，真係對得住個價錢。會再幫襯呀。Keep 住水準。 continue reading
