老婆一向食嘢喺偏素,偶爾食吓肉,不過,佢有體重過輕嘅問題,所以,家下要食番多少少肉,故此,今回佢就請我嚟「金鳳」鋸扒,認真難得,食完趁天氣涼涼哋順便去行吓山,減番啲卡路里。雖然過咗午市嘅最高峰,但都要等一等位,不過都喺三幾分鐘有得入。話時話,「金鳳」粗略估計小弟都應該有超過10年無幫襯過,呢間店都幾大,樓底又高,又有一排落地玻璃大窗,裝修就如懷式嘅豉油西餐廳嘅格局,感覺都幾舒服。牆上嘅霓虹燈數字「1969」,就喺餐廳成立嘅日子,即喺開咗超過半個世紀,主餐牌都有詳細介紹。今時今日,老店已經買少見少,屹立咁多年實在唔容易。值得一提嘅喺,啲地方無用到盡,枱櫈唔似茶記咁排到「密質質」,而且,亦盡量間開啲客人,好似我哋兩公婆同另一對客人,就安排坐晌張6人枱,中間就隔開咗一個位。午市方面,午市套餐嘅選擇唔多,只有4款,其中3款喺西式碟頭,平少少,定價$68-$82,淨番1款就喺招牌嘅鐵板扒餐,賣$138。幾款午市套餐老婆都麻麻地啱食,所以,就喺主餐牌度落手,有好多款鐵板餐供應,可謂各適其適,此外,散點嘢仲有沙律、湯品、小食、海鮮。全部餐都會有牛油餐包、餐湯同飲品、凍飲亦唔需要額外加錢,但就需收加一服務費。餐具、紙巾都放喺枱側,平常喺茶記都會放少少調味料,呢度唯一嘅調味就喺支大茄汁,因為嚟得呢度大部分人都食鐵扒餐,梗附送大量薯條,所以,茄汁喺必備調味料。牛油餐包、餐湯呢一類小餐包喺港式西餐廳嘅經典,包身非常之軟熟,搽上少少牛油都好好食。餐湯可以揀羅宋湯或洋蔥粟米忌廉湯,我哋兩個人各叫一款試試,似乎羅宋湯好飲好多,比較有味道,酸香又多雜菜,而個忌廉湯味道較淡,亦都比較寡,粟米粒更喺寥寥可數。歐陸鐵板餐 $138上咗個餐湯無耐,都未飲夠1/4,就嚟個個鐵板,明顯喺因為午餐,較多人叫,完全喺整定晒。個餐寫明包咗豬扒、牛扒、法蘭克福腸、澳洲帶子,不過就唔會問你牛扒要幾成熟,亦唔會知喺咩部份,但確喺份量十足,堆到成個山咁。整體嚟講,以鋸扒而言,喺抵食嘅,不過,計埋味道就差咗少少,豬扒、牛扒調味都有少少過鹹,個黑椒汁亦都偏鹹,我啲牛部有份就較多筋,而帶子就算喺雪藏貨,算彈牙好食喎。招牌牛柳餐 $142老婆嘅牛柳餐,又喺一大堆頭,有好多件,仲好厚身,落單時亦有問佢要幾成熟,選上7乘,都確喺煎到差不多。不過好搞笑,當淋上洋蔥汁時,塊鐵板無乜點響,只喺滋滋幾聲就完。講到啲牛柳,又真喺幾嫩滑,輕易就切得開,咬落軟腍鬆化,又幾有肉香,因為份量多,老婆食咗一半都叫飽,而下面墊有大量薯菜,不過,啲薯條咁樣墊底,被啲醬汁浸腍晒,有啲嘥料啫。熱咖啡、熱唂咕+$5餐後一杯咖啡就啱我心水,而難得有唂咕供應,老婆就寧願加錢飲杯唂咕,比起朱古力味道更濃、更香。食得我哋兩個鬼咁飽,好彩預咗食完去行轉兩個鐘嘅短山,幫助消化,否則,真喺撐住肚皮返屋企,哈哈! continue reading

平日晚飯時段每次經過都會見呢度人山人海,有10幾個排緊隊絕不為奇。令唔算鍾意食舊式扒房嘅我,都在好奇心驅使吓試一試。我星期五6:00去到,都係啱啱好唔使排,入到去都好快滿座。幾乎每台客都係叫鐵板扒餐,四周香氣瀰漫。醬汁落入鐵板的「嘰哩窸嚕」聲四響,好有風味!難得呢度抽風良好,無乜油煙味。服務態度良好首先上菜的係是日精選晚餐。侍應會溫馨提示我地用餐紙遮一遮,又耐心解答我哋嘅問題,幾有禮貌。帶子軟腍香口醬汁方面有蒜蓉汁和黑椒汁。我揀黑椒汁,兩粒帶子上插有兩支金鳳小旗仔,幾得意,有啲似小時候去酒樓食甜品咁😆。帶子煎得唔錯,香口軟腍,不會過熟,咬下去有布甸感覺。😋西冷牛扒正常發揮塊西冷不太有肉味,不算肥嘅,亦唔會柴口,口感可以。不過呢款係精選晚餐,附送兩粒隻帶子,有沙律又有雪糕,都算可以一試。安格斯肉眼扒我朋友食安格斯牛扒就好好多,幾香,亦都幾Juicy,肉汁在齒頰間溢出,Tasty!雖然無帶子,不過都建議大家去要揀安格斯食。整體來說,算幾抵食。牛扒好大份,又有飲品,薯菜亦多樣,幾多翠玉瓜,有薯條或薯格揀。所以都推介喜歡食扒嘅朋友嚟。 continue reading

聽朋友成日推介金鳳大餐廳嘅港式扒餐 終於嚟荃灣試呢一間😆金寶大餐廳嘅室內裝修都幾有舊年代嘅港式風味 用紅色皮整嘅梳化特別有感覺🤣餐廳都採用原有嘅員工落單同朋友嚟食 見到今日嘅每月晚餐套餐好抵 就決定嗌呢一個以帶子西冷牛扒為主食嘅套餐😆 $178 包晒餐包沙律甜品同飲品真係超抵🤣另外朋友就叫咗$202嘅美國肉眼扒套餐 另外再加錢配個超多人推介嘅雪糕紅豆冰首先係餐包同餐湯一齊上餐包同餐湯上嘅時候仲係熱辣辣重點係牛油完全冇溶到👍🏻 夾落麵包食外熱內冷超正😍白湯係正常水準 入面有紅蘿蔔同粟米粒~飲品方面 雪糕紅豆冰真係超正!紅豆一粒粒分明 甜度啱啱好😝個沙律入面有薯仔青瓜等等嘅蔬果都幾fresh!終於上正餐~職員會問你想要啲咩汁我哋就揀咗黑椒汁!另外本身加咗兩蚊加蒜蓉 個人覺得加蒜蓉味道更好😍一淋汁個鐵板即刻熱辣辣 本身套餐除咗有塊牛扒之外,仲有少少薯菜~兩款牛扒都叫咗五成熟西冷牛扒肉質好軟熟 帶子都燒得好香😍肉眼扒就相對肉汁較多😎 切開仲係得返少少紅 如果鍾意食生啲嘅建議可以食三成熟~ 同朋友share就係可以兩種扒都試到👍🏻👍🏻最後個西冷套餐仲包咗個雪糕😆個雪糕都幾滑身~ 啱啱好中和返鹹食嘅油膩一個套餐絕對係超夠飽😍 個人覺得$200預算左右可以食到高質扒餐係物超所值😝 加上餐廳上菜好快 環境唔錯 同朋友chill下傾偈都係一個好地方😎 continue reading

今日同朋友放咗工,響荃灣附近,諗住搵間餐廳食飯傾吓偈,於是上網嘅搜尋,見到好多人推介呢一間老字號,歷史悠久嘅港式鐵板板房,賣相好吸引,見到咁多人推介,讚餐廳食物質素好高,又方便,所以我哋就決定去試吓,估唔到真係好有驚喜,好開心識到呢一間餐廳,而且環境好舒服,空間好寬敞,真係好啱一家大細嚟食飯,或者傾偈,一對情侶都可以浪漫咁鋸扒,真係好推介呀,而且呢度嘅侍應服務質素都好好,好有笑容,而且好快手,好新鮮,全部食物即叫即整,侍應有親切感,好主動,所以我覺得呢間餐廳真係值得來呀,而且佢哋有唔同嘅鋸扒選擇,我好推介佢哋嘅香煎雞扒餐,每一餐嘅份量都好多,睇得出廚師好有心機,佢哋嘅餐湯同餐包都係好好食好好飲,佢哋仲有黑椒汁,蒜蓉汁推介,真係好好食,而且扒嘅份量都好好用,肉質鮮嫩,真係一定要嚟 continue reading

同老公咁啱要去荃灣嗰邊做嘢, 轉好耐冇鋸個扒 上openrice睇下有咩好嘢。今日唔係好想試新嘢, 因為太耐冇鋸個扒, 唔想浪費咗個quota ,所以穩陣啲去金鳳。我哋係下午茶時間去,入到去原來佢都幾大座位都幾舒適唔會好逼。個裝修都幾有特色, 佢哋有下午茶餐都幾吸引,有焗嘢食( 唔記得影相), 最後我哋都決定食返我哋原本想食嘅鋸扒餐!佢喺下午茶時間都有折扣優惠。我哋嗌咗份肉眼扒餐, 跟餐都係會有餐包同埋餐湯。 有得揀蒜蓉或黑椒汁。 味道都ok。都肉嫰無根。 continue reading
