朋友介紹我來這家店,話說得我心癢癢,而家到咗就講正經事喇🍜🥢。牛腩撈麵嘅牛腩賣相夠哂吸引,每一塊都煮得啱啱好,腍滑得嚟唔會太爛。撈上去嘅時候,麵條帶住牛肉嘅鮮味,一陣陣香氣,真係融化咗我嘅心!再者嗰個脆朱仔包,又脆又香,趁住熱辣辣咬一口,啖啖都係幸福感呀!🥖食完呢碗撈麵,我信手拈來咗個炸兩腸粉。個腸粉滑溜溜,又香又彈牙,中間嘅油條雖然冇噉新鮮,但總算唔算損害到整體口感。炸得金黃香脆,呢樣嘢做小食真係一流。😋人哋話,茶餐廳係港式魅力嘅一部分,今次嚟到這間,我覺得有啲經典味道保留得宜,可以話係食到真香港。服務態度都算舒服,令人一食再食。食完之後,覺得個口腔裏面嘅味道依然留存緊,真係食飽食滿,心情都隨之愉快起來! continue reading

無飯腳打邊爐轉戰煲仔飯,煲仔飯外賣點會好食!茶記靜蠅蠅,沿途食肆都冷冷清清既?聖誕前的最後堂食,梗係新鮮出爐最緊要。椒鹽田雞,乾爭爭乾過辣子田雞,鞋烚烚咸咸的食到滿口麵粉。排骨滑雞煲仔飯,涼浸浸突然想食飯,來兜滾熱辣包仔飯吧!製作需長時間心裡有數,誇張地噴著煙放上枱面,識食一定將甜豉油淋係滾燙的蓋上,再慢慢變暖滲入煲仔中,氣味更香更誘惑!硬覺得少點東西少點味道,消失的紅椒豆豉薑絲蔥段!難怪味道單調,好彩我識得撈辣椒油啫!本來只得兩粒星,撈埋惹味辣椒渣升一粒!排骨滑雞碎上?排骨勁細粒,滑雞骨杉杉無肉食,雞飯原來有骨架?仲要全部雞背脊。飯粒迷你瘦瘦不飽滿,高溫熱到想飈眼水,食完全身果真會暖笠笠。爽爽大白菜吸盡燶味,不甜不美有生水味。白鱔黃鱔煲仔飯,白菜仔比大白菜好少少,雖然不甜但起碼無生水味。白鱔嬰兒細細碌,結實彈彈及滲著甘甜油脂是新鮮的證明。幼幼黃鱔條,有微弱甜味,有輕微彈牙。思前想後點多道小菜配煲仔飯好無呢?諗住都應該夠肉食掛,但最終結果係飯多肉少,清晒肉仲有半煲飯,都比下面試多兩啖豉油撈飯焦。不愛加紅椒薑蔥的茶記使得味道頗單調,幸好有有豆豉提味,比排骨滑雞煲仔飯略為香少少甜少少。梅菜肉餅煲仔飯,先將甜豉油淋在蓋上讓她加熱再慢慢滲入滾滾煲仔內,耐心等候直至白煙停止噴出,禮成可以預備起動!菜芯質高爽甜水潤,可遇不可求。梅菜只係零碎鋪面,並無跟肉餅剁埋一齊。厚厚肉餅半肥瘦,油脂甘香欲滴,滑溜鬆軟滑滑爆著肉汁,還有爽甜咸香梅菜粒點綴。多多肉少少飯塞入嘴,甜豉油飯焦搭熱騰騰飯粒,沒有挑剔的機會。豉椒蒸倉魚,意想不到大大條魚只需 $70 蚊,抵食夾大件!有誠意有豆豉有紅椒有蠔油有蔥花搽勻全身,不是求其一篤醬撻係魚身上。全條都係寶,啜得一絲不掛剩返柵碎骨!魚頭、魚眼、魚鰭、魚尾、魚骨、魚額頭、魚下巴、魚臉珠、魚背、魚肚。惹味豆豉混著鮮味蠔油,倉魚無骨啖啖肉,魚皮油潤膠黏滑滑,魚肉結實魚味強烈,僅只有一絲魚腥氣味。豉椒蒸倉魚撈梅菜肉餅煲仔飯,拆掉倉魚肉連魚汁豉椒躺在飯粒上,多多肉少少飯是我的原則,滿足無比!近日經常見到朋友們的梅菜肉餅、豉椒蒸倉魚照片,我都一齊湊湊熱鬧!幾次都唔夠肉送煲仔飯,今次醒目叫多條魚,終於將煲仔飯清得乾乾淨淨粒飯不剩。臘腸咸魚肉餅煲仔飯,甜豉油唔係打開蓋直接淋落飯面,識食一定係淋係蓋上面,讓豉油慢慢從蓋邊滲入,白煙即時狂噴,待蒸氣冷靜下來,可以打開蓋淋晒餘下的豉油,白煙並無停下而繼續噴射。耐心將肉餅將咸魚跟豉油撈得均勻,已預備妥當可以出擊!大大舊肉黏著霉腍咸魚肉添少許飯點綴,熱得燙嘴的飯粒,霉香無比的咸魚,肥美肉餅多汁滑嘟嘟,油脂甘甜臘腸片還有強烈酒香!蝦醬鮮魷炒通菜,標價 $70 大洋的炒通菜都好細碟。激濃蝦醬有點偏咸,爽甜通菜炒得偏老泛黃,鮮甜爽彈鮮魷最出色。咸魚飯咸蝦醬傷腎孖寶!幾乎食晒煲飯但炒菜都未登陸,留飯呆坐十分鐘,最後清晒煲仔飯清埋碟菜都唔夠飽。 continue reading

平時兵仔我都好鍾意食牛腩河!仲要去親邊度都會加紫菜同埋腩汁。近近地來講,平時食潮記同埋苑記比較多,個人就比較鍾意苑記💛💛。苑記嘅牛腩河真係無得輸,次次去親都食。牛腩非常入味,肥瘦適中,又唔會韌份量仲多到差啲食唔晒。平時會叫雲吞,大大粒,入面啲蝦都好彈牙!特別推薦呢樣!加埋紫菜更加無得輸。同埋河粉相對上薄身,入口唔會有粉感,湯底濃度啱啱好,加埋腩汁就真係成碗都充滿着牛腩嘅香氣。頒發軍階:上將🎖🎖🎖🎖 continue reading

小弟寫左不少食評,不過就真係好少寫大埔食肆,作為地頭蟲,的確有少少慚愧,於是今次我都寫返次大埔粉麵首選!如果講牛什粉,我會首選苑記,點解呢,因為牛什入味、份量ok、河粉又滑、腩湯好味😋,再加埋佢個超香口既辣椒油,真係冇得輸!好可惜,因年紀開始大,牛什唔可以成日食,所以一個月先會黎食一兩次,滿足一下食牛什既慾望!除左牛什之外,生滾粥、腸粉同雲吞,我都覺得值得一戰,有時整個艇仔粥叉燒腸都幾正架!最近佢地仲加推左小菜,不過就未試過,遲d有機會試過先再寫食評同大家分享下啦! continue reading

The placeThis place has existed for many many years, I can't even remember when was my first time here I think the price were only around $20-30 ish?? For one person. My family have been a frequent customer to this one and their other restaurant near Tai Po Centre. We prefer the seating arrangements in this one because they have proper seating as compared to only round table and stools in the other one. Order and waiting timeIt was just around lunchtime 1-2pm, the place was nearly full house, but the order to food arriving at the table for all 3 of us was within 10 mins. The food水餃牛腩麵 including iced lemon tea is $52, a bit more expensive than other options because of the 牛腩. The soup base by default would have added "腩汁" which adds more of the salted, seasoned flavour, unless you order something without the any "牛x", like wonton noodles, then they will only give you the normal "wonton soup", though you can still request to add "腩汁" if you like, without additional costs. For people who prefer light on salt, remember to request for the "wonton soup/ or 走腩汁" at the time of order. And if you dunt like the "green things" you can request to omit them as well.the 水胶 is huge and takes many bites to finish. The fillings are fresh and the shrimp is firm and crispy, clean of intestines.Inside of the 水餃.For the 牛腩, it is always a gamble for me. On a very fortunate day, you can get all of them easy to chew on with perfect fat ratio. On a moderate day, half of them is perfect to chew and half requires more effort to chew.On a really unfortunate day, they can all be difficult to chew and not very elderly friendly with weak teething power.The lemon tea is a must have whenever we come here. We seldom order any other drinks.
