和朋友慶祝生日 今次選了我倆都很喜愛的鐵板燒 餐廳位於銅鑼灣 澳門逸園中心 就在地鐵站附近 收工過來都方便我們選了二人套餐 虎鐵特色二人套餐餐廳送了我們每人一杯花茶 茶杯都非常精美煙三文魚沙律三文魚新鮮肥美 蔬菜新鮮 沙律醬酸酸甜甜 非常開胃蟹肉海膽松露溏心蛋 海膽非常鮮甜 配合溏心蛋的質感 加了黑松露 令小小的菜式 也非常鮮味時令海鮮 日本產蠔鐵板燒可以看著師傅烹調 食物 香氣撲鼻 的確 令人食肉大增 蠔表面煎至焦身 裏面仍然肉質鮮嫩 師傅將香蔥蒜櫻花上蝦煎至乾身和香脆 啖啖滋味活鮑魚配蟹肉海苔醬餐廳有自己的大魚缸 載客人點餐後 即時在裏面撈起海鮮 所以非常新鮮鮑魚肉質彈牙 原有的鮮味都被保留著 即使唔點醬汁亦已經很好味 當然我都有試埋師傅特製的海苔蟹肉醬多一種口感口味法國鵝肝 這個菜式師傅處理得恰到好處表面煎得金黃香脆 內裏仍然非常creamy 味道一流 食材相信也是上乘的熊本縣A5和牛薄燒以本身這個牛嘅質素 即是輕輕煎一下 也已經十分好食師傅放入大量乾蒜 可以想像十分香口 口感也豐富刺身帶子豆腐鯛魚湯渴到的都是魚的鮮味黑松露櫻花蝦炒飯 吃到這裏其實已經有飽了菜色十分豐富 但是這個炒飯也太吸引了櫻花蝦脆脆的 也有黑松露香味 飯粒粒分明 乾身👍椰子雪葩愉快的幾小時瞬間過去享受著美味的食物 慶祝節日不錯的選擇 continue reading

剛剛過了無數的死線。趁著這週末比較有空,特別相約好友到銅鑼灣吃鐵板燒。雖然不是經常吃鐵板燒,但卻對這情有獨鍾 - 坐在吧檯前吃廚師新鮮弄好的食物,互相交流飲食心得,機會真的難得。 虎鐵鉄板燒位於銅鑼灣澳門逸園中心,從地鐵站出發不用三分鐘便到,地點尚算方便。我們一行二人叫了鐵板燒特選二人套餐一起分享。  煙三文魚沙律(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢) 沙律菜新鮮而爽口,三文魚肥美,油脂感重,簡單的配合酸汁已經十分開胃,令人食慾大增。 蟹肉海膽松露溏心蛋(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢) 真的想不到連溏心蛋也可以用鐵板的形式加熱。溏心蛋的蛋白十分嫩滑,裏面的蛋黃漿香濃,而且有一點漿口,時間掌握得剛剛好。海膽配上黑松露吃起來味道新鮮。 日本產蠔 (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)  香煎蠔一共有3隻,師傅烹調時間剛剛好,吃起來外面有點燒焦,裏面仍然保持鮮嫩。配上香蔥和櫻花蝦,吃起來味道層次豐富。 法國鵝肝 (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) 鵝肝十分肥美,煎得外脆內軟,入口即溶。配上特別烹調的酸汁,感覺清新而且中和了油膩覺,十分細心。 活鮑魚配蟹肉海苔醬。(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) 鮑魚十分大隻,而且是新鮮從水缸拿出來的。師傅先把鮑魚燒熟,然後再切成薄片。吃起來有咬口,配合味道不太重的蟹肉海苔醬,一試難忘。而且要特別一讚伴碟的三文魚子,絕不欺場,大粒而且鮮味,品質一流。連平日不愛吃的朋友也讚不絕口。 熊本縣A5和牛燒。(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) 終於到今天的主菜。我們叫Medium的熟度,表面剛剛熟,內裏還有點血水。相比起美國牛肉,日式和牛質更為鮮嫩,完全沒有渣,吃起來有點不像吃牛肉。一份大約有三至四件。   伴碟的野菜也十分不錯,有茄子,大啡菇和南瓜,煎得不算太乾,能吃得出蔬果的鮮嫩。 黑松露櫻花蝦炒飯。(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢) 最後吃個炒飯,有點澱粉質才飽肚的。雖然材料簡單,但卻體現出師傅的巧手工藝。飯炒得十分乾身,而且蛋漿包住了每粒飯,少一點功力也做不到。 魚湯。(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢) 魚湯喝起來鮮味十足,配上帶子和豆腐等等,吃起來味道豐富。甜品(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢) 是日甜品是椰子雪葩,不太甜,吃起來綿綿,為這晚餐畫上完美的句號。 總括而言,這間餐廳食物質素高,而且價錢不算太貴。下次有機會也會再來。  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~  虎鐵鐵板燒 銅鑼灣軒尼詩道525號澳門逸園中心12樓 推介菜式: 活鮑魚配蟹肉海苔醬 👍🏻食材高級 👍🏻地點方便 👍🏻價錢合理   continue reading
