偶爾發現間餐廳,裝修很有復古美,決定進去試試。下單後服務生給幾款麵包給我們選,每款都不錯,是很好的餐前點。頭盤是牛肉塔塔。牛肉切得很細很新鮮,混合一些小紅莓,Capers酸豆,清爽可口。第二道是烤龍蝦。雖然只有很簡單的鹽和胡椒的調味,但還是吃得出來龍蝦的鮮甜和彈牙,配上被推薦的意大利白酒,非常的順口。第三道是煎牛柳。外皮煎得焦香脆皮,切開裡面還是充滿肉汁,是 medium 剛好的粉紅色澤, 咬下去馬上感受到濃郁的肉味和軟嫩的肉質,非常推薦這道菜。牛排有多種鹽選配,服務也很到位貼心,之後會再到這間餐廳。 continue reading

好耐無去食好嘢了,今次因為屋企人升職,所以就想食好啲,朋友介紹左係1881的一間餐廳,好有氣氛,有種歐洲feel,唔講以為自己去左歐洲🤭。我哋order左牛肉他他蝦片、菠蘿帶子配蘋果木煙肉、鴨肝、澳洲和牛肉眼、龍蝦尾、鱸魚。不過可能呢到係古蹟,都有唔少蟻係到行,但對我嚟講就唔算好介意,始終都明,古蹟就係咁,食物無就無問題。一坐低就已經好快有麵包比我哋啦🥰,仲有唔同的選擇比你,總有一款啱你口味😊,仲要啲包好靚靚,我自己個人鍾意有南瓜籽的麵包,因為本身鍾意食多穀物的包,當然每個人口味都唔同啦。牛肉他他蝦片個牛肉他他做得好出色,本身其實未試過食生牛肉,但係佢的牛肉他他真係整得超好食,配埋蝦片直情好易入口,唔會有抗拒感,而且佢整得好滑,牛味重又夠又但完全無腥味,正😘😘。菠蘿帶子配蘋果木煙肉方面,一上枱已經超吸睛,打卡一流🥰,仲要超級好味,帶子唔會話overcook,所以仲有鮮嫩,仲有帶一點菠蘿汁的香甜,有少少微酸性,就更加開胃🤤,而蘋果木煙肉,燻得啱唔好,煙肉上帶有蘋果木的香氣🥰🥰,之後試過有啲餐廳整得唔好,但佢就恰到好處👍🏻。鴨肝、澳洲和牛肉眼、龍蝦尾、鱸魚佢就一次過上碟的,每一道菜都好出色,鴨肝比係鵝肝更易入口,因為佢無咁油膩,因為佢脂肪更少,層次更複雜。龍蝦尾肉質非常鮮嫩,彈牙,好好味😋。鱸魚又係非常出色,魚處理得唔好會有腥味,同太靭,但餐廳真係整得好好,唔會咁,入口好嫩滑👍🏻。澳洲和牛肉眼就聽左經理的推薦,揀左四成熟,就真係啱啱好,外面脆卜卜,入面就仲好嫩,而且澳洲和牛牛味又夠濃❤️,超出色。 continue reading

黎到呢間古跡餐廳慶祝周年紀念,對食物要求都係其次,最重要係氣氛及服務。今日平日中午來到,餐廳人不多,店員服務很好,約不同客人的枱安排分開點值得一讚。餐包,前菜都味道不錯,令我好期待主食牛排,始終餐廳名就是Steak Room。兩人牛排都點了5成熟,分別點了牛柳及肉眼。上桌前店員介紹了不用的鹽及芥末用來作牛排調味。牛排上來黎樣子很深色,有種不好預感。切開後已經知完全太熟,外層直頭係又乾又柴,十分失望。 continue reading
