好少見烤魚地方咁有情調,環境充滿古典味,天花掛滿一個個彩色繡花球,印象特別深刻!六點鐘時間尚早 ,客人唔多可以慢慢影下相😬銅盤烤石斑魚 ( 紅燒蒜香味)原身配料實在太豐富!!有芽菜、萵筍 、金菇 、布豆腐 、魔芋、水晶粉等配菜!鍋底本身都有水晶粉但我地決定額外加一份水晶粉,煙煙韌韌好正🤭 布豆腐係我預料之外會有嘅配菜,記憶中有三件定四件,大件又厚身,裡面係蜂巢狀,完全吸收晒湯汁🤩蒜香味濃郁程度適中,加上我地叫走辣,味道唔會過濃或者過淡,食完唔覺得頸渴,個人最怕愈食愈咸的汁底,呢個口味挺適合我哋!原條石班魚炸過令魚皮部份食起來酥脆香口👍👍肉質軟綿綿且彈牙,基本上只有少少細骨,但食時依然要小心咀嚼!除咗烤魚同水煮魚之外,留意到餐牌上仲有好多唔同種類野食,海鮮糸列有蟹 、大小龍蝦、 蟶子 ,有幾款唔同煮法選擇,就算唔想大魚大肉都有米線、酸辣粉或者家常小炒…。 continue reading

今天為慶祝眾人生日,來到銅鑼灣的麻辣派對午膳。餐廳西式裝修,卡位寬敞舒適,沒有壓迫感,牆上掛有壁畫,天花射燈,平添幾分浪漫氣氛。餐牌上午市套餐的特色川菜式選擇很多,可以自選辣度,而且價錢還相當實惠。午市套餐:包括主菜、老火湯/飲品、白飯、糖水。「酸菜江團魚」,魚肉的份量多,肉質鮮甜,配上爽口的酸菜及芽菜,味道調校得宜的湯底,微酸微辣,非常醒胃。「紅燒牛筋腩津白」,牛筋腩炆得腍軟入味,配上津白和川味醬汁,特別香辣惹味。入口不覺辣,但食後全身滾燙的,爽!「土豆黃炆雞」,這個菜選了不材料有雞塊、土豆、秀珍菇,炆得非常入味,尤其是土豆,味道完全滲透,越食越好味。「老火湯」,足料老火湯,材料有蓮藕、紅蘿蔔、雞腳、陳皮、眉豆......等,濃郁美味,有家的感覺。「糖水」,綠豆喳喳,又大碗,又足料。這裏的特色川菜味美而實惠,環境不俗,是高性價比之選。 continue reading

天氣又突然轉涼,剛走到銅鑼灣一帶,自然就想起了麻辣派對我們點了辣子系列的麻辣味窩的單點組合,5餸起,每款都不同價錢,有海蝦$78、茄子$28、肥腸$68、剝皮魚$78、金針菇$38。選了小辣,滿滿大紅袍辣椒,香氣逼人!肥腸先酥炸過,吃起來油香可口。海蝦也不少,份量相當多,新鮮度一半半,一些比較爽口彈牙。茄子先泡油,再放入窩盡吸麻辣香剝皮魚也先泡油,啖啖肉,不乏魚香。金針菇不用多講,也是吸收鍋底醬汁精華,味道香濃,配白飯就最適合不過蜜語水果茶啖啖雜果的大大杯水果茶,有橙、西瓜、火龍果、奇亞籽等陣容,甜度適中,是解辣的好幫手。冰雪鮮檸C飲同樣大大杯,主要是鮮檸青檸,酸甜醒胃,也是解辣的好幫手很窩心,吃飽後有綠豆糖水附送 continue reading
